superstition_n when_o they_o know_v not_o the_o truth_n of_o god_n word_n and_o pure_a religion_n and_o while_o they_o persuade_v the_o people_n that_o ignorance_n be_v the_o mother_n of_o devotion_n that_o the_o less_o they_o know_v the_o more_o devout_a they_o be_v this_o be_v rather_o a_o furtherance_n to_o their_o damnation_n because_o they_o know_v not_o god_n and_o the_o way_n to_o salvation_n for_o as_o the_o extreme_a want_n of_o bodily_a food_n procure_v death_n to_o the_o body_n so_o the_o extreme_a want_n of_o spiritual_a food_n that_o be_v of_o god_n word_n procure_v death_n to_o the_o soul_n it_o be_v meet_a say_v they_o that_o the_o scripture_n shall_v be_v set_v down_o in_o a_o unknown_a tongue_n lest_o some_o in_o read_v pervert_v they_o unto_o their_o own_o damnation_n which_o be_v not_o a_o sufficient_a reason_n to_o deny_v other_o the_o read_n thereof_o as_o if_o we_o shall_v never_o use_v wine_n because_o some_o by_o abuse_v it_o have_v fall_v into_o
