or_o like_a mean_n for_o the_o necessity_n of_o have_v these_o thing_n to_o each_o subject_n in_o particular_a make_v it_o necessary_a that_o there_o shall_v be_v one_o to_o judge_v and_o take_v care_n thereof_o in_o general_n must_v also_o imply_v a_o necessity_n in_o the_o mean_n that_o be_v public_a maintenance_n aswell_o as_o of_o the_o end_n which_o be_v public_a good_a but_o now_o although_o few_o doubt_n that_o either_o there_o shall_v be_v care_n or_o allowance_n for_o public_a advantage_n or_o to_o resist_v public_a detriment_n there_o be_v many_o do_v yet_o actual_o and_o by_o consequent_a interrupt_v and_o deny_v it_o by_o put_v such_o exception_n and_o restraint_n on_o prince_n herein_o as_o whilst_o they_o will_v disable_v he_o from_o take_v more_o than_o be_v fit_a of_o subject_n that_o instead_o of_o tenant_n shall_v make_v themselves_o such_o absolute_a and_o unconditionate_n proprietor_n as_o to_o withstand_v or_o deny_v public_a occasion_n for_o if_o they_o after_o the_o manner_n of_o the_o husbandman_n in_o the_o gospel_n shall_v seek_v to_o make_v the_o inheritance_n their_o own_o and_o by_o way_n of_o association_n and_o covenant_n among_o relation_n or_o friendship_n to_o those_o i_o slight_v or_o disesteem_v be_v thereupon_o induce_v from_o the_o height_n of_o my_o more_o fierce_a and_o private_a love_n towards_o the_o promote_a the_o good_a of_o these_o above_o other_o who_o he_o love_v better_a to_o labour_v on_o the_o contrary_a the_o hindrance_n and_o harm_n of_o they_o above_o other_o by_o which_o mean_v it_o shall_v come_v that_o since_o love_v and_o propension_n to_o act_n of_o beneficence_n be_v place_v in_o we_o for_o public_a good_a sake_n and_o for_o that_o of_o other_o more_o than_o of_o their_o own_o it_o be_v
