the_o reason_n of_o this_o law_n in_o many_o particular_a case_n which_o the_o wit_n of_o man_n be_v not_o able_a to_o foresee_v or_o give_v a_o general_a rule_n in_o and_o they_o say_v that_o to_o employment_n in_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o their_o daily_a attendance_n on_o your_o lordship_n in_o parliament_n and_o the_o ordinary_a court_n of_o justice_n and_o yet_o lest_o they_o may_v seem_v to_o come_v any_o way_n short_a in_o performance_n of_o that_o duty_n which_o they_o confess_v to_o be_v due_a unto_o your_o lordship_n or_o be_v want_v in_o promote_a or_o advance_v the_o commonwealth_n which_o they_o believe_v to_o be_v aim_v at_o by_o the_o say_a question_n though_o it_o may_v seem_v to_o draw_v damage_n or_o prejudice_n upon_o their_o particular_n they_o do_v in_o all_o humbleness_n present_a unto_o your_o lordship_n the_o ensue_a answer_n unto_o the_o say_a question_n which_o be_v as_o much_o as_o by_o their_o oath_n or_o in_o the_o duty_n they_o owe_v unto_o
