persist_v in_o any_o such_o public_a and_o palpable_a breach_n of_o the_o lord_n rule_n the_o particular_a church_n whereof_o either_o such_o high_a or_o inferior_a magistrate_n be_v they_o have_v the_o church_n can_v judge_v civil_o or_o use_v civil_a and_o political_a mean_n to_o prosecute_v such_o a_o judgement_n to_o effect_v and_o so_o can_v heal_v breach_n of_o the_o civil_a peace_n make_v by_o such_o outrage_n yea_o but_o the_o magistrate_n shall_v call_v the_o sincerer_n part_n to_o meet_v again_o though_o the_o minor_a part_n ans_fw-fr if_o he_o do_v yet_o he_o must_v be_v magistratical_o from_o his_o political_a judgement_n in_o call_v that_o sincerer_n part_v together_o and_o the_o magistrate_n side_v with_o the_o minor_a part_n as_o political_o judge_v they_o the_o sincerer_n part_n and_o political_o condemn_v the_o err_a part_n although_o the_o major_a part_n and_o although_o plead_v scripture_n also_o both_o for_o what_o they_o hold_v and_o do_v in_o violent_a prosecution_n thereof_o now_o the_o civil_a magistrate_n do_v both_o political_o judge_n what_o doctrine_n and_o practice_n be_v or_o be_v not_o according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n yea_o he_o
