any_o action_n in_o the_o mayor_n or_o sheriff_n court_n london_n and_o in_o all_o other_o court_n or_o corporation_n out_o of_o which_o no_o writ_n process_n or_o mandate_n issue_n hold_v plea_n for_o debt_n or_o damage_n amount_v to_o 40_o s._n or_o above_o shall_v be_v ingross_v or_o write_v 6_o d._n xxxiv_o appearance_n common_a bail_n appearance_n for_o every_o piece_n etc._n etc._n on_o
