different_a sense_n zach._n 13._o 6._o these_o be_v the_o wound_n with_o which_o i_o be_v wound_v in_o the_o house_n of_o my_o friend_n by_o the_o loss_n of_o my_o friend_n the_o loss_n of_o my_o health_n the_o loss_n of_o my_o good_n these_o tear_n that_o you_o see_v these_o groan_n that_o you_o hear_v be_v nothing_o but_o the_o scar_n which_o the_o soar_n have_v leave_v behind_o it_o and_o the_o wale_n which_o the_o rod_n have_v make_v i_o doubt_v our_o very_a sorrow_n for_o sin_n in_o a_o time_n of_o affliction_n admit_v of_o a_o mixture_n of_o carnal_a self_n and_o passion_n and_o so_o of_o sin_n too_o but_o i_o mean_v a_o pure_a spiritual_a proper_a sorrow_n and_o hatred_n of_o sin_n which_o i_o know_v may_v be_v broach_v by_o sharp_a affliction_n and_o have_v vent_v give_v to_o it_o by_o pierce_v the_o vessel_n but_o that_o be_v not_o the_o proper_a cause_n and_o ground_n of_o it_o moses_n in_o his_o joy_n have_v a_o eye_n to_o the_o recompense_n of_o reward_n heb._n 11._o 26._o and_o so_o a_o christian_a in_o his_o sorrow_n may_v have_v respect_n to_o the_o recompense_n of_o his_o sin_n i_o mean_v his_o affliction_n but_o it_o be_v not_o primary_o and_o principal_o cause_v by_o these_o for_o though_o these_o dreadful_a shower_n from_o heaven_n shall_v cease_v yet_o the_o stream_n of_o his_o eye_n or_o at_o least_o the_o fountain_n of_o his_o heart_n will_v not_o cease_v issue_v forth_o bitter_a water_n though_o the_o righteousness_n of_o god_n do_v serve_v to_o give_v vent_n to_o godly_a sorrow_n yet_o it_o be_v the_o goodness_n and_o holiness_n of_o god_n that_o give_v it_o do_v we_o sorrow_n for_o sin_n because_o it_o spoil_v we_o of_o our_o comfort_n strip_v we_o of_o our_o ornament_n then_o sure_o we_o think_v there_o be_v something_o in_o the_o world_n worse_o than_o sin_n
