he_o will_v if_o he_o can_v dissolve_v they_o as_o soon_o as_o they_o offer_v but_o to_o punish_v any_o of_o his_o favourite_n and_o so_o to_o cross_v the_o design_n unless_o he_o dare_v not_o of_o which_o anon_o because_o therefore_o i_o believe_v the_o king_n in_o that_o answer_n have_v not_o ascribe_v more_o than_o right_a to_o the_o parliament_n it_o will_v follow_v that_o in_o right_n special_o in_o such_o case_n they_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v dissolve_v and_o that_o if_o by_o force_n they_o shall_v be_v or_o shall_v not_o have_v be_v call_v at_o all_o the_o people_n have_v right_a sit_v now_o that_o such_o a_o kind_n of_o power_n be_v in_o the_o judge_n i_o appeal_v to_o experience_n in_o the_o case_n follow_v a_o private_a man_n have_v a_o suit_n with_o the_o king_n about_o land_n or_o house_n and_o the_o like_a the_o king_n have_v possession_n and_o some_o officer_n or_o tenant_n of_o his_o hold_n it_o for_o the_o king_n the_o judge_n have_v hear_v the_o cause_n give_v sentence_n for_o the_o subject_a adjudge_v he_o to_o have_v the_o possession_n deliver_v he_o by_o the_o king_n tenant_n or_o officer_n he_o refuse_v and_o arm_n himself_o to_o keep_v possession_n still_o upon_o this_o after_o due_a summons_n and_o process_n of_o law_n a_o writ_n of_o rebellion_n shall_v go_v out_o against_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o king_n even_o though_o he_o shall_v follower_n unto_o they_o as_o â—mpâ—oâ—_n and_o dudley_n be_v in_o the_o begin_n of_o h._n the_o 8._o though_o they_o proceed_v with_o colour_n of_o the_o penal_a law_n and_o even_o to_o provide_v for_o his_o own_o maintenance_n as_o 〈◊〉_d â—_o in_o such_o a_o case_n some_o against_o his_o will_n call_v a_o parliament_n anno_fw-la of_o his_o reign_n and_o that_o it_o may_v be_v he_o will_v not_o he_o dare_v not_o hearken_v to_o those_o that_o will_v persuade_v he_o to_o dissolve_v it_o because_o than_o he_o shall_v bring_v all_o confusion_n beside_o want_n upon_o himself_o again_o shall_v send_v for_o a_o pair_n of_o bellows_n to_o blow_v a_o cool_a breath_n let_v he_o now_o consider_v whether_o he_o utter_v those_o word_n in_o scorn_n or_o in_o policy_n and_o with_o what_o science_n or_o skill_n in_o common_a reason_n not_o to_o say_v in_o politic_n and_o so_o with_o how_o true_o a_o inform_v conscience_n he_o deal_v just_o between_o the_o king_n and_o the_o people_n we_o have_v yet_o some_o further_a strength_n of_o his_o reason_n to_o examine_v in_o the_o next_o section_n of_o which_o now_o sect_n v._o in_o this_o section_n he_o propound_v this_o reason_n as_o to_o discourse_v a_o little_a further_o and_o apply_v it_o also_o to_o civil_a matter_n as_o well_o as_o to_o religion_n wherein_o we_o shall_v also_o see_v whether_o all_o civil_a law_n do_v so_o tie_v we_o as_o none_o of_o they_o neither_o may_v be_v resist_v and_o if_o any_o which_o and_o which_o not_o i_o say_v then_o a_o absolute_a arbitrary_a power_n or_o absolute_a monarchy_n as_o some_o call_v it_o be_v not_o at_o all_o the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o so_o no_o lawful_a power_n secure_v from_o resistance_n by_o rom._n 13.2_o first_o god_n allow_v no_o man_n to_o rule_v as_o he_o three_o agree_v and_o none_o deny_v make_v the_o safety_n more_o secure_a and_o more_o comfortable_a and_o honourable_a yet_o no_o reason_n but_o in_o a_o coordinate_a power_n as_o here_o it_o be_v plain_o so_o see_v the_o full_a answer_n to_o the_o doctor_n book_n any_o two_o or_o of_o three_o or_o even_o any_o one_o of_o they_o rather_o than_o all_o shall_v fail_v and_o be_v dissolve_v shall_v have_v power_n to_o endeavour_v the_o common_a safety_n which_o the_o other_o neglect_n or_o intend_v to_o subvert_v or_o betray_v and_o i_o very_o believe_v the_o doctor_n himself_o or_o any_o
