to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o forasmuch_o as_o there_o have_v be_v since_o the_o make_n of_o the_o say_a statute_n certain_a other_o law_n and_o statute_n make_v in_o the_o time_n of_o our_o late_a sovereign_a lord_n king_n edward_n the_o syxte_v and_o in_o the_o time_n of_o our_o late_a sovereign_a king_n philip_n and_o queen_n mary_n for_o the_o re-edify_n of_o decay_a house_n concern_v the_o decay_n of_o house_n of_o husbandrye_a and_o for_o the_o increase_n of_o tyllage_n and_o everye_o article_n and_o thing_n in_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o contain_v shall_v be_v form_v henceforth_o repel_v and_o make_v void_a to_o all_o intentes_fw-la and_o purpose_n and_o be_v it_o also_o further_o enact_v and_o establish_v by_o thaucthoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o from_o &_o after_o the_o feast_n of_o thannunciation_n of_o our_o lady_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n god_n a_o thousand_o five_o hundred_o threscore_a and_o four_o all_o such_o land_n and_o ground_n or_o so_o much_o in_o quantity_n as_o in_o any_o town_n village_n hamlette_n lordship_n place_n know_v or_o paryshe_v within_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n have_v for_o he_o or_o they_o to_o who_o the_o reversion_n or_o remaynder_n of_o the_o fee_n simple_a of_o the_o say_a land_n shall_v appertain_v their_o executour_n or_o administratour_n to_o distrayne_v avow_v or_o make_v cognisaunce_n and_o justify_v or_o otherwise_o to_o sue_v for_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n and_o pain_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a at_o any_o time_n within_o one_o year_n next_o ensue_v any_o such_o default_n and_o in_o he_o or_o their_o default_n the_o say_a penalty_n or_o forfeiture_n to_o go_v and_o be_v to_o the_o immediate_a lord_n or_o lord_n of_o the_o fee_n or_o fee_n of_o executour_n or_o administratour_n to_o be_v recover_v by_o such_o way_n and_o mean_n as_o before_o be_v limit_v &_o appoint_v so_o that_o he_o or_o they_o do_v pursue_v and_o take_v their_o remedy_n for_o the_o same_o in_o form_n aforesaid_a within_o one_o year_n next_o after_o such_o offence_n commit_v and_o if_o any_o such_o occupy_a and_o owner_n shall_v be_v a_o coppyholder_n or_o a_o customary_a tenant_n that_o then_o the_o say_a penalty_n or_o forfeiture_n to_o go_v and_o be_v to_o the_o lord_n or_o lord_n of_o the_o manor_n of_o who_o the_o same_o coppye_a or_o customary_a tenemente_n be_v hold_v their_o executour_n or_o administratour_n so_o that_o he_o or_o they_o do_v pursue_v and_o take_v their_o remedy_n for_o the_o same_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n and_o within_o the_o time_n last_o before_o limit_v and_o in_o every_o such_o default_n of_o the_o say_a lord_n or_o lord_n of_o the_o fee_n or_o fee_n and_o of_o the_o lord_n or_o lord_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o manor_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o of_o any_o of_o they_o the_o say_a penalty_n and_o forfayture_n to_o go_v and_o be_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n or_o to_o such_o other_o person_n or_o person_n as_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o aswell_o
and_o purpose_n as_o the_o same_o and_o every_o of_o they_o be_v before_o the_o make_v of_o this_o act_n and_o that_o the_o say_v act_n and_o statute_n now_o by_o this_o present_a act_n repel_v shall_v for_o and_o in_o respect_n only_o of_o the_o say_a information_n and_o suit_n and_o every_o of_o they_o so_o now_o depend_n stand_v remain_v and_o be_v in_o such_o like_a force_n and_o effect_n as_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o be_v before_o the_o make_v of_o this_o act_n any_o thing_n herein_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o notwithstanding_o and_o where_o as_o some_o doubt_n and_o question_n have_v heretofore_o rise_v and_o be_v move_v upon_o certain_a word_n contain_v in_o the_o say_a statute_n make_v in_o the_o say_v four_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o the_o late_a king_n henry_n the_o seven_o that_o be_v to_o say_v upon_o these_o word_n house_n or_o house_n let_v to_o farm_n with_o twenty_o acre_n of_o land_n at_o least_o or_o more_o lie_v in_o tyllage_n and_o husbandrye_a whether_o the_o same_o twenty_o acre_n of_o land_n or_o more_o shall_v be_v account_v and_o take_v to_o be_v all_o earable_a land_n and_o whole_o put_v in_o tyllage_n or_o not_o and_o also_o what_o quantity_n and_o measure_n every_o acre_n shall_v be_v of_o and_o contain_v for_o a_o plain_n and_o perfect_v declaration_n and_o interpretation_n whereof_o be_v it_o enact_v and_o declare_v by_o thaucthoritie_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o the_o say_a statute_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v expound_v and_o take_v to_o extend_v to_o house_n or_o house_n that_o now_o have_v or_o have_v or_o at_o any_o time_n heretofore_o since_o the_o first_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o the_o say_v late_a king_n henry_n the_o vii_o have_v or_o have_v have_v or_o that_o hereafter_o shall_v have_v twenty_o acre_n of_o ground_n to_o the_o same_o house_n or_o house_n lie_v or_o belong_v or_o with_o the_o same_o common_o occupy_v or_o use_v although_o the_o same_o ground_n have_v not_o be_v be_v or_o shall_v be_v all_o whole_o use_v as_o earable_a land_n and_o put_v in_o tyllage_n but_o only_o some_o part_n thereof_o and_o that_o the_o content_a of_o every_o acre_n shall_v be_v take_v and_o rate_v after_o the_o rate_n and_o measure_v limit_v and_o appoint_v in_o the_o ordinance_n or_o treatise_n de_fw-fr terris_fw-la mensurandis_fw-la any_o ambiguity_n doubt_n or_o thing_n whatsoever_o to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n have_v or_o at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o shall_v sustain_v any_o penalty_n forfeiture_n or_o loss_n for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o any_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n or_o effect_n of_o this_o act_n or_o any_o other_o of_o the_o act_n before_o recite_v &_o confirm_v that_o then_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v eftsoon_o sue_v vex_v or_o impech_v for_o the_o same_o offence_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n or_o in_o any_o other_o of_o the_o act_n aforesaid_a have_v or_o make_v to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o notwithstanding_o and_o to_o thintent_v that_o the_o offendor_n of_o this_o act_n or_o of_o any_o the_o act_n before_o specify_v &_o by_o this_o act_n confirm_v &_o thoffence_n commit_v and_o do_v against_o any_o of_o the_o same_o may_v be_v the_o better_o know_v &_o that_o the_o more_o due_a execution_n thereof_o may_v be_v have_v be_v it_o enact_v by_o thaucthoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n or_o lord_n keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v have_v full_a power_n &_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o award_n &_o direct_v a_o commission_n or_o commission_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n into_o every_o shire_n or_o county_n within_o this_o realm_n &_o wales_n to_o such_o person_n as_o by_o his_o wisdom_n &_o discression_n shall_v be_v think_v most_o meet_a &_o convenient_a aucthorise_v they_o or_o four_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o by_o virtue_n thereof_o &_o of_o this_o act_n to_o inquire_v &_o search_v out_o within_o every_o town_n vyllage_n parish_n &_o hamlet_n within_o their_o commission_n by_o the_o oath_n of_o vi_o lawful_a &_o indifferent_a person_n or_o otherwise_o according_a to_o their_o good_a discression_n of_o the_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v against_o this_o statute_n or_o any_o other_o the_o statute_n before_o mention_v &_o by_o this_o act_n confirm_v &_o whether_o any_o person_n or_o person_n to_o who_o any_o penalty_n or_o forfeiture_n be_v give_fw-ge limit_v or_o appoint_v by_o the_o same_o or_o any_o of_o they_o have_v take_v the_o benefit_n or_o advantage_n of_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n and_o pain_n or_o not_o according_a to_o the_o same_o law_n and_o statute_n and_o that_o within_o three_o month_n next_o after_o every_o such_o enquitie_n and_o search_n the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o four_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o shall_v make_v certificate_n thereof_o and_o of_o their_o do_n by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n into_o the_o high_a court_n of_o chancery_n upon_o pain_n of_o forfeiture_n of_o every_o such_o commissioner_n xx.li_fw-la sterling_a to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o that_o the_o same_o commissioner_n or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o shall_v have_v authority_n &_o power_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o
