pass_v it_o will_v not_o give_v present_a relief_n to_o the_o poor_a that_o be_v out_o of_o work_n answ_n it_o will_v give_v present_a relief_n as_o it_o will_v increase_v the_o master-weaver_n credit_n as_o matter_n now_o stand_v those_o merchant_n and_o yarn-maker_n we_o deal_v with_o foresee_v we_o be_v like_a to_o be_v undo_v by_o the_o east_n india_n trade_n refuse_v to_o give_v we_o credit_n and_o many_o of_o they_o tell_v we_o plain_o they_o will_v not_o trust_v we_o unless_o this_o bill_n pass_n the_o mercer_n and_o other_o we_o sell_v our_o good_n to_o tell_v we_o if_o this_o upon_o their_o hand_n when_o the_o time_n come_v they_o be_v prohibit_v sell_v they_o if_o this_o bill_n pass_v it_o will_v encourage_v the_o master-weaver_n to_o employ_v the_o poor_a who_o offer_v we_o to_o work_n allow_v we_o the_o discount_n of_o bank_n bill_n by_o which_o mean_n we_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o have_v money_n to_o pay_v they_o the_o master-weaver_n will_v be_v able_a to_o go_v on_o to_o employ_v the_o poor_a in_o hope_n of_o a_o trade_n these_o encouragement_n if_o this_o bill_n do_v not_o pass_v the_o master-weaver_n will_v be_v deject_v and_o discourage_v and_o under_o sad_a apprehension_n must_v turn_v out_o more_o of_o their_o poor_a and_o employ_v their_o stock_n some_o other_o way_n for_o the_o support_n of_o themselves_o and_o family_n to_o the_o great_a damage_n of_o the_o nation_n and_o further_a calamity_n of_o the_o poor_a obj._n if_o this_o bill_n pass_v we_o shall_v get_v no_o salt-petre_n from_o india_n answ_n we_o can_v go_v to_o the_o great_a mogul_n present_o to_o get_v a_o licence_n from_o he_o to_o give_v we_o liberty_n to_o buy_v salt-petre_n but_o we_o believe_v there_o be_v as_o great_a reason_n that_o we_o may_v have_v salt-petre_n for_o our_o money_n as_o that_o we_o may_v have_v muslin_n calico_n raw_a silk_n floretta_n yarn_n pepper_n fan_n or_o any_o other_o of_o their_o commodity_n the_o great_a mogul_n never_o forbid_v or_o hinder_v the_o french_a from_o have_v salt-petre_n for_o their_o money_n notwithstanding_o the_o french_a king_n decree_n to_o hinder_v the_o sell_v their_o good_n in_o his_o country_n which_o decree_n yet_o stand_v in_o full_a force_n and_o be_v bind_v upon_o the_o subject_n of_o france_n and_o not_o reverse_v or_o dispense_v withal_o or_o be_v it_o the_o manner_n of_o trading_n nation_n to_o refuse_v to_o take_v money_n for_o their_o produce_v unless_o for_o their_o unwrought_a commodity_n for_o manufactury_n will_v not_o all_o the_o other_o manufactory_n and_o commodity_n that_o east-india_n silk_n be_v prohibit_v and_o not_o other_o foreign_a silk_n we_o shall_v only_o wear_v the_o latter_a in_o the_o room_n of_o the_o former_a such_o notorious_a fallacy_n uncertain_a consequence_n and_o direct_a falsehood_n as_o these_o be_v those_o that_o assert_v they_o must_v either_o be_v very_o ignorant_a or_o scarce_o fit_a for_o humane_a society_n and_o none_o will_v offer_v to_o prove_v they_o upon_o oath_n unless_o they_o be_v such_o as_o their_o learned_a council_n be_v please_v to_o call_v journeyman_n swearer_n
