many_o be_v appoint_v to_o communicate_v with_o he_o and_o if_o the_o same_o day_n there_o be_v a_o celebration_n of_o the_o holy_a communion_n in_o the_o church_n then_o shall_v the_o priest_n reserve_v at_o the_o open_a communion_n so_o much_o of_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n as_o shall_v serve_v the_o sick_a person_n and_o so_o many_o as_o shall_v communicate_v with_o he_o if_o there_o be_v any_o and_o so_o soon_o as_o he_o convenientlye_o may_v after_o the_o open_a communion_n end_v in_o the_o church_n shall_v go_v and_o minister_v the_o same_o first_o to_o those_o that_o be_v appoint_v to_o communicate_v with_o the_o sick_a if_o there_o be_v any_o and_o last_v of_o all_o to_o the_o sick_a person_n himself_o but_o before_o the_o curate_n distribute_v the_o holy_a communion_n the_o appoint_a general_a confessyon_n must_v be_v make_v in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o communicantes_fw-la the_o curate_n add_v the_o absolution_n with_o the_o comfortable_a
