parent_n which_o from_o their_o cradle_n upward_o they_o pursue_v and_o promote_v see_v thereby_o it_o happen_v that_o the_o child_n of_o christian_n who_o ought_v to_o be_v holy_a and_o imitable_a example_n to_o all_o the_o world_n of_o religion_n honesty_n reverence_n and_o piety_n towards_o god_n become_v the_o scandalous_a pattern_n of_o dishonesty_n uncleanness_n irreverence_n and_o impiety_n both_o against_o god_n and_o their_o parent_n servant_n and_o domestic_n also_o encourage_v by_o the_o public_a and_o private_a example_n of_o wickedness_n both_o in_o society_n abroad_o and_o family_n at_o home_n grow_v through_o the_o neglect_n of_o those_o who_o shall_v punish_v and_o correct_v they_o proper_a instrument_n of_o unfaithfulness_n disobedience_n robbery_n theft_n oppression_n and_o the_o disgrace_n of_o family_n so_o that_o all_o those_o employment_n almost_o which_o in_o themselves_o be_v good_a and_o lawful_a run_v out_o of_o course_n and_o degenerate_a into_o corrupt_a nuysance_n now_o it_o be_v manifest_a that_o this_o perverseness_n and_o depravation_n of_o manner_n always_o happen_v when_o christian_a people_n be_v not_o teach_v the_o pure_a simple_a true_a and_o severe_a discipline_n of_o the_o gospel_n or_o if_o they_o be_v teach_v it_o either_o through_o a_o inveterate_a habit_n of_o sin_v whole_o slight_a and_o neglect_v it_o or_o if_o they_o commend_v and_o approve_v it_o yet_o think_v it_o not_o so_o absolute_o necessary_a as_o that_o they_o ought_v to_o prefer_v it_o before_o all_o other_o thing_n that_o come_v in_o
