necessity_n to_o break_v off_o before_o she_o be_v willing_a these_o and_o the_o like_a encumbrance_n do_v much_o afflict_v the_o saint_n therefore_o they_o desire_v to_o be_v clothe_v upon_o with_o a_o pure_a house_n a_o pleasant_a house_n a_o lightsome_a house_n a_o healthful_a house_n a_o durable_a house_n a_o glorious_a house_n that_o may_v be_v a_o help_n and_o encouragement_n to_o the_o soul_n in_o holy_a and_o religious_a duty_n in_o this_o we_o groan_v earnest_o etc._n etc._n you_o that_o be_v owner_n of_o the_o wonder_n be_v not_o ignorant_a what_o a_o wonder_n man_n be_v a_o composure_n of_o different_a nature_n celestial_a terrestrial_a angellical_a beastial_a corporal_a spiritual_a great_a than_o the_o world_n less_o than_o the_o world_n the_o rich_a pearl_n and_o the_o base_a foil_n the_o image_n of_o god_n and_o a_o piece_n of_o clay_n you_o be_v not_o ignorant_a how_o these_o two_o be_v affect_v one_o to_o the_o other_o in_o the_o regenerate_v man_n if_o the_o body_n be_v sound_a and_o well_o it_o kick_v against_o the_o spirit_n if_o it_o be_v ill_a it_o afflict_v the_o spirit_n how_o do_v i_o love_v my_o body_n as_o my_o fellow_n servant_n and_o eschew_v it_o as_o a_o my_o enemy_n how_o do_v i_o hate_v it_o as_o my_o clog_v and_o reverence_v it_o as_o my_o fellow-heir_n i_o buffet_v it_o as_o a_o slave_n and_o embrace_v it_o as_o a_o friend_n i_o chastise_v it_o and_o keep_v it_o under_o and_o then_o i_o want_v a_o companion_n to_o assist_v i_o in_o the_o work_n of_o piety_n i_o cherish_v it_o and_o nourish_v it_o and_o then_o be_o i_o sting_v with_o the_o lust_n of_o it_o it_o be_v a_o flatter_a enemy_n a_o treacherous_a friend_n oh_o my_o conjunction_n and_o oh_o my_o alienation_n that_o which_o i_o fear_v i_o embrace_v and_o that_o which_o i_o love_v i_o fear_v before_o i_o make_v war_n with_o it_o i_o be_o reconcile_v and_o before_o i_o be_o reconcile_v i_o be_o at_o variance_n what_o a_o strange_a mystery_n be_v this_o therefore_o the_o saint_n mortify_v and_o crucify_v their_o body_n they_o gird_v they_o close_o with_o the_o cord_n of_o strong_a resolution_n they_o macerate_v they_o with_o watch_n and_o fasting_n and_o make_v they_o thin_a and_o pale_a and_o wan_a that_o so_o they_o may_v be_v serviceable_a to_o the_o spirit_n they_o labour_v that_o their_o hand_n may_v be_v translucent_a with_o fast_v as_o the_o hand_n of_o elphogus_n be_v that_o their_o countenance_n may_v be_v live_a document_n of_o humility_n that_o their_o body_n may_v be_v as_o transparent_a glass_n wherein_o the_o thought_n of_o their_o heart_n may_v be_v see_v that_o their_o soul_n may_v have_v no_o more_o residence_n in_o the_o heart_n but_o may_v as_o evident_o be_v see_v in_o every_o part_n of_o the_o body_n as_o there_o this_o they_o aim_n at_o and_o when_o they_o have_v do_v all_o this_o yet_o they_o complain_v of_o the_o dulness_n deadness_n heaviness_n lumpishness_n of_o the_o body_n and_o be_v at_o enmity_n with_o it_o and_o cry_v out_o oh_o miserable_a man_n that_o i_o be_o who_o shall_v deliver_v i_o from_o this_o body_n of_o death_n not_o that_o they_o be_v simple_o enemy_n to_o the_o body_n but_o to_o this_o earthly_a corruptible_a body_n this_o sinful_a body_n that_o depress_v the_o mind_n muse_v of_o many_o thing_n and_o desire_v the_o deposition_n and_o lay_v down_o of_o the_o same_o that_o so_o they_o may_v receive_v a_o glorify_a a_o clarify_a a_o incorruptible_a spiritual_a body_n not_o make_v of_o a_o spirit_n but_o serviceable_a to_o the_o spirit_n they_o desire_v that_o these_o eye_n may_v be_v so_o defecate_v that_o if_o they_o can_v behold_v the_o essence_n of_o god_n yet_o they_o may_v steadfast_o behold_v the_o empirian_a heaven_n the_o splendour_n of_o our_o saviour_n and_o the_o lustre_n of_o the_o body_n of_o the_o saint_n more_o bright_a than_o the_o sun_n seven_o time_n they_o desire_v that_o these_o hand_n may_v be_v bless_v with_o the_o contractation_n of_o that_o sacred_a body_n that_o redeem_v they_o they_o desire_v that_o this_o body_n may_v be_v so_o transparent_a and_o lucid_a that_o the_o soul_n may_v sally_v bout_n free_o not_o at_o the_o eye_n alone_o but_o at_o every_o part_n to_o contemplate_v those_o glorious_a object_n that_o it_o may_v be_v so_o prelucit_fw-la that_o the_o very_a thought_n of_o the_o heart_n and_o the_o divine_a fancy_n that_o be_v in_o the_o imaginative_a part_n may_v be_v see_v through_o it_o that_o it_o may_v be_v so_o strip_v of_o corporal_a density_n and_o grosseness_n that_o like_o lightning_n it_o may_v be_v here_o and_o there_o that_o it_o may_v be_v fit_a for_o rapture_n and_o extrasy_n and_o the_o soul_n no_o more_o doubtful_a whether_o she_o be_v in_o the_o body_n or_o not_o in_o the_o body_n this_o the_o saint_n desire_v and_o long_o after_o and_o let_v i_o speak_v this_o of_o you_o oh_o triumphant_a soul_n that_o be_v now_o in_o bliss_n without_o the_o least_o impeachment_n of_o your_o happiness_n this_o even_o you_o thirst_v after_o you_o esteem_v it_o a_o imperfect_a estate_n to_o be_v without_o your_o body_n though_o you_o glorify_v and_o praise_n god_n in_o your_o soul_n yet_o you_o count_v it_o a_o imperfect_a work_n and_o say_v with_o the_o psalmist_n in_o death_n no_o man_n remember_v thou_o and_o in_o the_o grave_n no_o man_n shall_v give_v thou_o thanks_o though_o your_o spirit_n do_v it_o without_o cease_v
