gift_n blessing_n do_v we_o his_o gift_n blessing_n do_v we_o not_o see_v some_o vain_a churl_n though_o cry_v down_o by_o the_o multitude_n herein_o secret_o applaud_v himself_o that_o he_o have_v free_a from_o for_o every_o good_a thing_n it_o enjoy_v for_o as_o it_o keep_v a_o just_a inventory_n of_o all_o god_n favour_n so_o it_o often_o spread_v they_o thankful_o before_o he_o and_o lay_v they_o forth_o so_o near_o as_o it_o may_v in_o the_o full_a dimension_n that_o so_o god_n may_v be_v no_o loser_n by_o he_o in_o any_o act_n of_o his_o beneficence_n here_o therefore_o every_o of_o god_n benefit_n must_v come_v into_o account_n whether_o eternal_a or_o temporal_a spiritual_a or_o bodily_a outward_a or_o inward_a public_a or_o private_a positive_a or_o privative_a past_a or_o present_a upon_o ourselves_o or_o other_o in_o all_o which_o he_o shall_v humble_o acknowledge_v both_o god_n free_a mercy_n and_o his_o own_o shameful_a unworthiness_n set_v off_o the_o favour_n of_o his_o good_a god_n the_o more_o with_o the_o soil_n of_o his_o own_o confess_a wretchedness_n and_o unanswerableness_n to_o the_o least_o of_o his_o mercy_n now_o as_o there_o be_v infinite_a variety_n of_o blessing_n from_o the_o liberal_a hand_n of_o the_o almighty_a so_o there_o be_v great_a difference_n in_o their_o degree_n for_o whereas_o there_o be_v three_o subject_n of_o all_o the_o good_a we_o be_v capable_a of_o the_o estate_n body_n soul_n and_o each_o of_o these_o do_v far_o surpass_v other_o in_o value_n the_o soul_n be_v infinite_o more_o worth_a than_o the_o body_n and_o the_o body_n far_o more_o precious_a than_o the_o outward_a estate_n so_o the_o blessing_n that_o appertain_v to_o they_o in_o several_a differ_v in_o their_o true_a estimation_n according_o if_o either_o we_o do_v not_o high_o magnify_v god_n mercy_n for_o the_o least_o or_o shall_v set_v as_o high_a a_o price_n upon_o the_o blessing_n that_o concern_v our_o estate_n as_o those_o that_o pertain_v to_o the_o body_n or_o upon_o bodily_a favour_n as_o upon_o those_o that_o belong_v to_o the_o soul_n we_o shall_v show_v ourselves_o very_o unworthy_a and_o unequal_a partaker_n of_o the_o divine_a bounty_n but_o it_o will_v savour_v too_o much_o of_o earth_n if_o we_o be_v more_o affect_v with_o temporal_a blessing_n than_o with_o spiritual_a and_o eternal_a by_o how_o much_o near_a relation_n then_o any_o favour_n have_v to_o the_o fountain_n of_o goodness_n and_o by_o how_o much_o more_o it_o conduce_v to_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o we_o in_o he_o so_o much_o high_a place_n shall_v it_o possess_v in_o our_o affection_n and_o gratitude_n no_o marvel_n therefore_o if_o the_o devout_a heart_n be_v raise_v above_o itself_o and_o transport_v with_o heavenly_a rapture_n when_o with_o stephen_n eye_n it_o behold_v the_o lord_n jesus_n stand_v at_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o god_n fix_v itself_o upon_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o infinite_a merit_n of_o
