we_o have_v a_o cunning_a adversary_n to_o deal_v withal_o the_o devil_n and_o his_o legion_n for_o they_o be_v many_o and_o he_o will_v not_o bring_v they_o all_o forth_o at_o once_o for_o it_o be_v now_o see_v that_o by_o our_o conquer_a one_o sin_n or_o lust_n by_o the_o help_n of_o our_o god_n it_o be_v somewhat_o like_o cutâ—ing_v off_o hydra_n head_n another_z present_o spring_v up_o and_o succee_v in_o the_o room_n thereof_o and_o so_o it_o be_v odds_o that_o when_o dominion_n be_v get_v over_o one_o sin_n even_o the_o sin_n that_o do_v so_o easy_o beset_v we_o another_o sin_n will_v succeed_v and_o easy_o beset_v we_o also_o here_o we_o be_v to_o do_v with_o that_o as_o we_o do_v with_o the_o first_o and_o so_o on_o if_o twenty_o or_o more_o shall_v succeed_v one_o after_o another_o for_o this_o be_v our_o business_n and_o our_o whole_a life_n be_v therefore_o give_v and_o lend_v we_o on_o this_o earth_n to_o be_v at_o perpetual_a war_n against_o sin_n in_o all_o the_o several_a kind_n and_o sort_n thereof_o and_o so_o to_o wound_v one_o kind_n and_o then_o another_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v able_a to_o â—ise_v this_o very_o be_v hard_a work_n for_o here_o to_o instance_n in_o lust_n in_o the_o time_n of_o youth_n health_n and_o strength_n it_o may_v be_v wound_v and_o mortify_v for_o a_o time_n but_o it_o will_v be_v apt_a to_o rise_v again_o and_o so_o to_o beat_v they_o as_o small_a a_o dust_n before_o the_o wind_n to_o cast_v they_o out_o as_o the_o dirt_n in_o the_o street_n this_o be_v soon_o say_v then_o do_v as_o to_o all_o the_o sin_n and_o motion_n of_o sin_n and_o lust_n that_o be_v in_o our_o member_n neither_o be_v this_o a_o work_n of_o one_o day_n or_o two_o for_o we_o be_v many_o that_o have_v transgress_v in_o this_o thing_n ezra_n 10._o 14._o it_o be_v a_o work_n of_o month_n and_o year_n yea_o of_o all_o our_o life_n long_o for_o we_o have_v many_o enemy_n to_o deal_v withal_o and_o it_o be_v a_o long_a time_n before_o we_o can_v conquer_v one_o as_o it_o shall_v be_v even_o so_o to_o wound_v it_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v able_a to_o rise_v the_o method_n of_o god_n work_v by_o his_o gracâ—_n in_o the_o soul_n of_o man_n in_o drive_v out_o the_o canaanite_n from_o thence_o be_v by_o little_a and_o little_a by_o little_a and_o little_a i_o will_v drive_v they_o out_o from_o â—â—â—ore_v thou_o until_o thou_o be_v increase_v and_o inherit_v the_o land_n â—â—od_n 23._o 30._o and_o so_o it_o be_v elsewhere_o write_v the_o lâ—â—d_n shall_v increase_v you_o more_o and_o more_o psalm_n 115._o 14._o which_o he_o do_v so_o of_o his_o saint_n and_o servant_n till_o they_o inherit_v the_o land_n that_o be_v enter_v into_o heaven_n which_o be_v tâ—e_v best_a land_n of_o inheritance_n in_o exod._n 23._o 29._o it_o be_v say_v i_o will_v not_o drive_v they_o out_o before_o thou_o in_o one_o year_n lest_o the_o land_n become_v desolate_a and_o the_o beast_n of_o the_o field_n multiply_v against_o thou_o so_o it_o may_v be_v reason_v and_o suppose_v that_o god_n will_v not_o fit_v we_o quite_o for_o heaven_n in_o one_o year_n lest_o it_o shall_v be_v say_v we_o live_v all_o the_o other_o year_n here_o on_o earth_n to_o no_o purpose_n lest_o that_o ignorant_a beast_n of_o the_o field_n pride_n and_o boast_v multiply_v in_o the_o soul_n and_o it_o become_v desolate_a of_o the_o grace_n of_o humility_n and_o work_v out_o our_o salvation_n with_o fâ—ar_n and_o tremble_v i_o have_v reâ—d_v of_o a_o heathen_a who_o come_v to_o a_o christian_a man_n to_o learn_v a_o lesson_n of_o good_a instruction_n and_o say_v he_o when_o i_o have_v learn_v that_o i_o will_v come_v again_o and_o according_o a_o lesson_n of_o instruction_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o which_o be_v this_o i_o say_v that_o i_o will_v take_v heed_n to_o my_o way_n that_o i_o sin_v not_o with_o my_o tongue_n psalm_n 39_o 1._o it_o be_v no_o less_o than_o seventeen_o year_n before_o he_o come_v again_o for_o he_o neither_o with_o your_o tongue_n heart_n or_o hand_n neither_o in_o thought_n word_n or_o deed_n nor_o with_o any_o member_n that_o you_o have_v let_v this_o be_v the_o doctrine_n and_o use_v the_o drift_n and_o design_n the_o application_n and_o benefit_n of_o all_o this_o whole_a forego_v sermon_n remember_v and_o carry_v this_o word_n away_o with_o you_o i_o beseech_v you_o take_v heed_n to_o
