good_a minister_n for_o then_o be_v they_o sure_a of_o the_o love_n of_o angel_n and_o then_o most_o willing_o do_v the_o angel_n any_o service_n to_o they_o again_o let_v it_o teach_v they_o to_o fly_v as_o fast_o to_o the_o discharge_n of_o their_o duty_n to_o god_n church_n as_o the_o angel●_n fly_v to_o do_v they_o service_n so_o shall_v god_n angel_n think_v their_o diligence_n and_o practice_n of_o god_n we_o learn_v many_o point_n first_o see_v how_o god_n magnify_v mean_n he_o can_v work_v without_o they_o and_o so_o he_o do_v in_o the_o creation_n give_v light_n to_o the_o world_n 17._o diverse_a day_n before_o there_o be_v sun_n but_o since_o the_o order_n of_o nature_n be_v establish_v he_o general_o use_v mean_n not_o only_o in_o his_o ordinary_n but_o even_o in_o either_o of_o the_o minister_n or_o the_o element_n but_o to_o the_o supreme_a power_n of_o the_o mighty_a god_n who_o can_v purge_v the_o prophet_n by_o a_o coal_n from_o the_o altar_n neither_o be_v it_o altogether_o without_o mystery_n that_o god_n here_o sanctify_v the_o prophet_n by_o touch_v his_o lip_n with_o a_o fiery_a coal_n for_o it_o signify_v that_o the_o apt_a and_o sufficient_a there_o be_v some_o which_o need_v the_o fiery_a tongue_n this_o show_v apparent_o that_o those_o minister_n never_o have_v their_o lip_n touch_v with_o a_o coal_n from_o god_n altar_n that_o be_v their_o conscience_n never_o touch_v nor_o their_o soul_n season_v with_o the_o sanctify_a grace_n of_o god_n spirit_n which_o sit_v still_o and_o ●ee_o great_a and_o grevous_a stain_n in_o a_o where_o be_v a_o fire_n which_o never_o go_v out_o and_o this_o fire_n be_v that_o that_o come_v from_o heaven_n send_v down_o by_o god_n at_o the_o dedication_n of_o the_o temple_n by_o solomon_n have_v a_o rail_n lie_a a_o slanderous_a a_o malicious_a or_o a_o contentious_a tongue_n he_o have_v a_o fiery_a tongue_n indeed_o but_o this_o be_v kindle_v of_o the_o fire_n of_o hell_n as_o saint_n james_n say_v 3.6_o the_o unbridled_a tongue_n be_v a_o world_n of_o wickedness_n and_o defile_v the_o whole_a body_n set_v on_o fire_n the_o whole_a course_n of_o nature_n and_o be_v set_v ●n_n side_n this_o fire_n must_v be_v from_o god_n altar_n that_o be_v the_o fire_n of_o their_o zeal_n must_v be_v build_v by_o god_n spirit_n and_o not_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o discord_n and_o dissension_n ambitious_a humour_n turbulent_a &_o proud_a humour_n new_a opinion_n private_a quarrel_n all_o these_o nor_o none_o of_o these_o be_v for_o the_o pulpit_n these_o may_v make_v a_o man_n fiery_a tongue_v but_o this_o fire_n be_v never_o take_v from_o god_n altar_n as_o the_o prophet_n be_v this_o fiery_a tongue_n never_o come_v from_o heaven_n as_o the_o apostle_n do_v it_o follow_v and_o touch_v my_o lip_n application_n this_o five_o and_o last_o circumstance_n be_v the_o application_n of_o the_o remedy_n the_o coal_n which_o be_v the_o medicine_n be_v apply_v by_o this_o teach_v but_o not_o well_o apply_v for_o that_o the_o law_n shall_v first_o be_v lay_v to_o their_o conscience_n other_o beat_v all_o upon_o the_o law_n when_o it_o may_v be_v their_o hearer_n be_v a_o people_n sufficient_o cast_v down_o and_o have_v more_o need_n to_o be_v raise_v up_o with_o the_o sweet_a comfort_n of_o the_o gospel_n other_o use_v to_o lay_v open_a the_o nakedness_n of_o the_o court_n in_o the_o country_n and_o to_o reprove_v the_o fault_n of_o prince_n and_o great_a magistrate_n before_o the_o common_a people_n who_o have_v more_o need_n of_o the_o catechism_n other_o bring_v the_o catechism_n or_o point_n of_o ordinary_a instruction_n into_o the_o court_n where_o y_a e_o duty_n of_o king_n &_o counsellor_n shall_v be_v teach_v in_o all_o plainness_n and_o thou_o can_v make_v that_o know_v to_o the_o church_n by_o so_o good_a evidence_n as_o thereupon_o a_o minister_n of_o god_n pronounce_v the_o pardon_n of_o thy_o sin_n unto_o the●_n if_o thou_o rest_v herein_o &_o know_v it_o to_o be_v as_o effectual_a as_o if_o god_n from_o heaven_n have_v tell_v thou_o thy_o sin_n be_v pardon_v so_o be_v it_o here_o if_o thou_o have_v the_o testimony_n first_o of_o thy_o conscience_n and_o then_o of_o the_o church_n thou_o be_v to_o rest_v therein_o as_o in_o the_o voice_n of_o god_n and_o this_o be_v the_o call_n that_o we_o be_v to_o look_v for_o in_o these_o day_n by_o which_o doctrine_n as_o those_o be_v just_o condemn_v of_o foul_a presumption_n who_o dare_v run_v upon_o private_a motion_n and_o carnal_a respect_n and_o be_v just_o leave_v without_o blessing_n or_o protection_n so_o they_o on_o the_o other_o side_n do_v offer_v great_a wrong_n to_o god_n and_o to_o his_o church_n who_o when_o they_o can_v deny_v but_o they_o affect_v the_o ministry_n above_o any_o call_n and_o have_v approbation_n of_o their_o gift_n from_o the_o good_a church_n yet_o will_v not_o believe_v the_o testimony_n of_o the_o church_n herein_o but_o their_o own_o private_a judgement_n which_o in_o this_o case_n be_v no_o way_n a_o competent_a judge_n either_o for_o or_o against_o let_v such_o man_n know_v that_o they_o oppose_v themselves_o even_o against_o god_n himself_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o where_o the_o inward_a call_n of_o the_o conscience_n and_o the_o outward_a call_n of_o the_o church_n do_v concur_v there_o god_n himself_o call_v and_o bid_v that_o man_n go_v and_o speak_v now_o then_o to_o draw_v to_o a_o end_n let_v we_o observe_v in_o the_o last_o place_n with_o what_o authority_n a_o minister_n of_o god_n come_v unto_o we_o and_o execute_v his_o function_n even_o with_o a_o immediate_a authority_n &_o commission_n from_o god_n whereby_o he_o be_v bid_v go_v and_o speak_v if_o it_o be_v so_o let_v it_o persuade_v the_o world_n to_o fear_v to_o do_v any_o wrong_n either_o to_o that_o call_n as_o to_o those_o person_n who_o come_v with_o so_o fair_a a_o commission_n from_o god_n himself_o but_o if_o it_o do_v not_o persuade_v the_o profane_a world_n at_o least_o let_v this_o be_v a_o comfort_n &_o encouragement_n to_o all_o true_a minister_n for_o if_o god_n bid_v they_o go_v he_o will_v go_v with_o they_o himself_o if_o he_o send_v they_o he_o will_v not_o forsake_v they_o but_o assist_v they_o and_o bless_v they_o and_o open_v their_o mouth_n and_o enlarge_v their_o heart_n and_o harden_v their_o forehead_n and_o give_v power_n unto_o their_o
