to_o his_o holy_a inspiration_n or_o to_o make_v the_o right_a use_n of_o such_o mean_n as_o he_o be_v please_v to_o use_v to_o make_v we_o willing_a to_o seek_v unto_o he_o for_o it_o for_o if_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n do_v not_o work_v it_o in_o we_o we_o can_v have_v no_o hope_n ever_o to_o obtain_v it_o now_o consider_v the_o strength_n of_o faith_n that_o be_v in_o this_o poor_a sinner_n he_o give_v the_o high_a title_n of_o honour_n to_o christ_n when_o he_o we_o be_v scornful_o mock_v and_o in_o a_o most_o contemptible_a condition_n to_o the_o eye_n of_o all_o man_n he_o christ_n with_o our_o word_n and_o work_n how_o can_v we_o trust_v in_o he_o if_o we_o do_v not_o believe_v that_o all_o regal_a power_n both_o in_o heaven_n and_o in_o earth_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o and_o how_o can_v we_o hope_v for_o future_a blessedness_n from_o he_o if_o we_o be_v not_o confident_a that_o he_o be_v the_o disposer_n of_o all_o the_o glorious_a mansion_n that_o be_v in_o heaven_n what_o godly_a sorrow_n have_v we_o for_o our_o sin_n if_o we_o still_o go_v on_o in_o a_o presumptuous_a way_n of_o sin_v and_o what_o hope_n be_v there_o of_o true_a repentance_n if_o we_o strength_n of_o nature_n and_o contrary_a to_o all_o humane_a reason_n if_o he_o have_v see_v the_o glory_n of_o christ_n in_o his_o transfiguration_n upon_o mount_n tabor_n and_o if_o he_o have_v see_v some_o of_o his_o great_a miracle_n or_o have_v hear_v his_o divine_a doctrine_n and_o powerful_a preach_v his_o faith_n have_v not_o seem_v so_o great_a but_o now_o he_o do_v see_v he_o only_o upon_o mount_n calvary_n nail_v to_o his_o cross_n as_o the_o worst_a of_o malefactor_n be_v and_o reject_v of_o his_o own_o nation_n so_o that_o to_o the_o outward_a eye_n he_o appear_v nothing_o else_o but_o a_o pitiful_a spectacle_n of_o woeful_a misery_n and_o yet_o this_o penitent_a sinner_n do_v express_v a_o admirable_a faith_n in_o the_o pang_n of_o a_o cruel_a and_o violent_a death_n though_o his_o fault_n have_v be_v intolerable_a in_o his_o dissolute_a life_n for_o nothing_o but_o faith_n can_v move_v he_o to_o honour_n and_o reverence_n christ_n now_o he_o be_v in_o this_o comfort_n of_o this_o happy_a relation_n and_o communion_n which_o we_o have_v with_o our_o saviour_n christ_n in_o all_o condition_n of_o life_n and_o upon_o all_o occasion_n whatsoever_o to_o give_v comfort_n yet_o by_o use_n and_o exercise_n we_o may_v attain_v unto_o it_o and_o the_o sweetness_n that_o we_o shall_v find_v in_o it_o will_v by_o degree_n bring_v we_o to_o delight_v in_o this_o and_o heavenly_a happiness_n in_o some_o part_n while_o we_o live_v in_o this_o world_n for_o if_o we_o be_v frequent_a in_o our_o meditation_n on_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n 12_o heaven_n 2_o cor._n 1._o 12_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n will_v make_v our_o conversation_n in_o this_o world_n to_o be_v in_o simplicity_n and_o godly_a sincerity_n the_o seven_o direction_n be_v to_o choose_v such_o time_n and_o such_o place_n as_o be_v most_o fit_v and_o most_o convenienient_a for_o this_o holy_a duty_n that_o we_o be_v not_o interrupt_v by_o any_o occurrence_n of_o worldly_a occasion_n such_o time_n and_o place_n we_o may_v free_o delight_v ourselves_o with_o heavenly_a and_o spiritual_a contemplation_n last_o we_o must_v prepare_v our_o heart_n for_o this_o pious_a duty_n by_o in_o piece_n we_o can_v but_o be_v afraid_a to_o draw_v near_o so_o great_a and_o glorious_a a_o majesty_n to_o contemplate_v his_o greatness_n and_o power_n the_o breath_n of_o who_o nostril_n be_v
