metaphorical_a highpriest_n and_o that_o in_o such_o a_o capacity_n he_o very_o far_o exceed_v the_o priest_n after_o the_o order_n of_o aaron_n but_o how_o can_v that_o possible_o be_v if_o he_o â—ailed_v in_o the_o primary_n office_n of_o a_o highpriest_n viz._n in_o offer_v up_o gift_n and_o sacrifice_n to_o god_n if_o his_o office_n as_o highpriest_n do_v primary_o respect_v man_n when_o make_v any_o oblation_n to_o god_n in_o heaven_n or_o not_o no_o say_v crellius_n real_o and_o true_o he_o do_v not_o for_o all_o his_o office_n do_v respect_v we_o but_o the_o benefit_n we_o enjoy_v come_v original_o from_o the_o kindness_n of_o god_n you_o may_v call_v it_o a_o oblation_n to_o god_n if_o you_o please_v but_o how_o be_v it_o possible_a then_o say_v the_o jew_n you_o can_v ever_o convince_v we_o that_o he_o be_v any_o highpriest_n or_o priest_n at_o all_o much_o less_o that_o he_o shall_v ever_o exceed_v the_o aaronical_a high-priest_n in_o their_o office_n for_o we_o be_v assure_v that_o they_o do_v offer_v sacrifice_n for_o sin_n and_o that_o god_n be_v atone_v by_o they_o but_o if_o your_o highpriest_n make_v no_o atonement_n for_o sin_n he_o fall_v far_o short_a of_o we_o and_o therefore_o we_o will_v still_o hold_v to_o our_o levitical_a priesthood_n and_o not_o forsake_v that_o for_o one_o bare_o metaphorical_a and_o have_v nothing_o real_o answer_v the_o name_n of_o a_o highpriest_n thus_o the_o force_n of_o all_o the_o apostle_n argument_n be_v plain_o take_v away_o by_o what_o crellius_n and_o his_o brethren_n assert_v concern_v the_o priesthood_n aaronical_a priest_n have_v may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v far_o more_o excellent_a than_o they_o be_v but_o whether_o in_o the_o notion_n of_o priesthood_n it_o do_v exceed_v they_o which_o it_o be_v impossible_a to_o make_v good_a unless_o he_o have_v some_o proper_a oblation_n to_o make_v unto_o god_n which_o in_o itself_o do_v far_o exceed_v all_o the_o sacrifice_n and_o offering_n under_o the_o law_n iu._n but_o what_o that_o oblation_n of_o christ_n in_o heaven_n be_v christ_n which_o have_v any_o correspondency_n with_o the_o sacrifice_n under_o the_o law_n our_o adversary_n can_v never_o assign_v nay_o when_o they_o go_v about_o it_o they_o speak_v of_o it_o in_o such_o a_o manner_n as_o make_v it_o very_o evident_a they_o can_v hearty_o have_v wish_v the_o epistle_n to_o
