of_o scripture_n you_o see_v the_o apostle_n do_v ratify_v a_o uninersallity_n of_o thing_n write_v in_o the_o old_a testament_n and_o a_o integrity_n and_o wholenesse_n of_o the_o scripture_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n now_o if_o we_o shall_v not_o apply_v these_o ij_o text_n to_o the_o maintenance_n of_o the_o moral_a law_n or_o 10_o commandment_n to_o maintain_v the_o universallity_n of_o all_o thing_n write_v in_o the_o 10_o commandment_n and_o to_o maintain_v the_o integrity_n perfection_n &_o wolenesse_n of_o the_o 10_o commandment_n then_o whereunto_o shall_v we_o apply_v they_o for_o what_o portion_n of_o scripture_n be_v there_o beside_o this_o law_n in_o all_o the_o old_a testament_n whereof_o it_o can_v besaid_a that_o all_o thing_n therein_o write_v concern_v our_o practice_n &_o that_o that_o whole_a scripture_n be_v profitable_a to_o teach_v we_o to_o convince_v we_o to_o correct_v we_o and_o to_o instruct_v we_o what_o scripture_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n i_o say_v can_v be_v the_o adequate_a subject_n or_o object_n of_o these_o ij_o scripture_n but_o the_o moral_a law_n my_o second_o argument_n to_o prove_v that_o all_o the_o 10_o commandment_n and_o every_o commandment_n therein_o do_v bound_v we_o still_o to_o the_o obedience_n of_o they_o be_v this_o that_o the_o apostle_n s_o paul_n do_v ratify_v this_o law_n in_o the_o new_a testament_n say_v do_v we_o then_o make_v the_o law_n of_o none_o effect_v through_o faith_n god_n forbid_v yea_o we_o establish_v the_o law_n rom._n 3.31_o where_o you_o see_v the_o apostle_n affirm_v that_o he_o do_v establish_v the_o law_n now_o the_o word_n law_n in_o this_o text_n be_v not_o to_o be_v restrain_v to_o some_o part_n of_o it_o only_o but_o to_o be_v take_v in_o the_o large_a sense_n see_v they_o nothing_o in_o the_o context_n to_o hinder_v it_o now_o this_o law_n be_v know_v to_o contain_v 10_o commandment_n then_o he_o write_v upon_o the_o table_n according_a to_o the_o first_o writing_n the_o ten_o commandment_n deut._n 10.4_o the_o which_o be_v number_v by_o god_n lest_o the_o number_n thereof_o shall_v be_v diminish_v by_o man_n &_o again_o curse_a be_v every_o man_n that_o continue_v not_o in_o all_o thing_n which_o be_v write_v in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o law_n to_o do_v they_o gal._n 3.10_o here_o again_o all_o thing_n write_v in_o the_o law_n be_v ratify_v furthermore_o s._n james_n thus_o write_v whosoever_o shall_v keep_v the_o whole_a law_n &_o yet_o fail_v in_o one_o point_n he_o be_v guilty_a of_o all_o jam._n 2.10_o in_o which_o word_n s._n egypt_n &_o also_o the_o reason_n annex_v unto_o the_o 5_o come_v that_o thy_o day_n may_v be_v long_o in_o the_o land_n which_o the_o lord_n thy_o god_n give_v thou_o this_o land_n be_v canaan_n &_o therefore_o the_o promise_n of_o this_o land_n can_v belong_v unto_o we_o christian_n hereunto_o i_o answer_v that_o the_o apostle_n do_v apply_v this_o promise_n unto_o christianes_n that_o live_v not_o in_o canaan_n as_o you_o may_v read_v eph._n 6.1.2.3_o neither_o do_v the_o lord_n say_v that_o thy_o day_n may_v be_v long_o in_o the_o land_n of_o canaan_n but_o general_o thus_o that_o thy_o day_n may_v be_v long_o in_o the_o land_n which_o god_n shall_v give_v thou_o that_o be_v any_o land_n into_o which_o god_n shall_v bring_v they_o wherefore_o the_o promise_n to_o the_o 5_o come_v be_v not_o to_o be_v restrain_v unto_o canaan_n only_o but_o may_v belong_v unto_o any_o land_n and_o as_o for_o the_o preface_n touch_v the_o deliverance_n out_o of_o egypt_n this_o belong_v to_o
