the_o vow_n &_o promise_n which_o i_o make_v in_o my_o sickness_n of_o better_a obedience_n and_o service_n to_o thy_o majesty_n than_o heretofore_o and_o grant_v that_o i_o may_v make_v conscience_n to_o perform_v they_o and_o let_v i_o know_v that_o howsoever_o thou_o have_v now_o give_v i_o some_o little_a respite_n and_o prolong_v my_o day_n yet_o i_o must_v not_o deceive_v myself_o in_o put_v most_o vile_a and_o miserable_a utter_o unworthy_a to_o speak_v unto_o thou_o or_o to_o receive_v the_o least_o favour_n from_o thou_o by_o reason_n of_o our_o many_o and_o grievous_a sin_n our_o my_o sin_n be_v worthy_o impose_v on_o i_o assuage_v they_o o_o lord_n i_o pray_v thou_o and_o vouchsafe_v i_o a_o safe_a deliverance_n with_o safety_n to_o this_o child_n within_o i_o if_o it_o may_v
