any_o thing_n flat_a against_o the_o word_n of_o god_n they_o can_v bind_v or_o tie_v we_o to_o the_o performance_n thereof_o for_o all_o the_o force_n and_o power_n of_o bind_v we_o be_v to_o be_v borrow_v and_o derive_v from_o the_o word_n of_o god_n otherwise_o they_o have_v no_o strength_n or_o efficacy_n to_o constrain_v or_o command_v 2._o they_o must_v not_o be_v make_v of_o such_o person_n as_o want_v sufficient_a reason_n judgement_n discretion_n and_o understanding_n as_o child_n fool_n or_o furious_a person_n 3._o they_o must_v be_v so_o make_v as_o they_o may_v stand_v
