by_o a_o promise_n of_o a_o blessing_n on_o the_o due_a performance_n thereof_o but_o here_o let_v i_o note_n that_o the_o prince_n of_o the_o earth_n though_o idolatrous_a and_o pagan_a have_v all_o the_o right_a and_o legal_a power_n in_o ordinary_a and_o that_o both_o our_o saviour_n acknowledge_v and_o the_o apostle_n well_o know_v but_o not_o be_v proselyte_v to_o his_o doctrine_n will_v grant_v no_o commission_n or_o authorize_v such_o preacher_n therefore_o he_o himself_o as_o well_o as_o they_o have_v power_n on_o earth_n yea_o all_o power_n in_o a_o extraordinary_a manner_n be_v
