both_o discourage_v and_o also_o scatter_v and_o destroy_v all_o the_o power_n of_o the_o enemy_n now_o these_o be_v natural_a cause_n and_o wrought_v necessary_o but_o yet_o there_o be_v a_o providence_n that_o do_v rule_v and_o order_v they_o for_o the_o good_a of_o the_o saint_n 3._o the_o rain_n it_o do_v proceed_v from_o a_o natural_a cause_n and_o therefore_o come_v necessary_o upon_o the_o earth_n and_o yet_o job_n 38.28_o the_o rain_n have_v a_o father_n and_o he_o have_v beget_v the_o drop_n of_o the_o dew_n and_o hos_n 2.21_o 22._o the_o heaven_n shall_v hear_v the_o now_o be_v out_o of_o their_o proper_a place_n and_o therefore_o they_o be_v in_o their_o motion_n restless_a but_o the_o lord_n ride_v upon_o the_o high_a place_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o he_o
