text_n thus_o speak_v whatsoever_o you_o shall_v bind_v on_o earth_n shall_v be_v bind_v in_o heaven_n etc._n etc._n hence_o interpreter_n conclude_v that_o the_o church_n by_o the_o power_n of_o excommunication_n do_v bound_v sinner_n in_o their_o sin_n on_o earth_n and_o when_o they_o repent_v than_o they_o lose_v they_o from_o their_o sin_n on_o earth_n by_o discharge_v they_o from_o the_o sentence_n of_o excommunication_n and_o that_o christ_n do_v ratify_v all_o their_o do_n in_o heaven_n teacher_n i_o do_v not_o look_v upon_o this_o 18._o verse_n in_o the_o same_o sense_n that_o
