be_v lawful_a yet_o excommunication_n be_v still_o necessary_a hereunto_o see_v such_o suspension_n be_v nothing_o save_v only_o as_o it_o be_v a_o part_n and_o beginning_n of_o excommunication_n and_o have_v no_o warrant_n but_o in_o those_o scripture_n where_o excommunication_n be_v found_v and_o be_v indeed_o excommunication_n and_o every_o person_n reject_v regular_o from_o the_o supper_n church-membership_a than_o we_o may_v not_o reckon_v any_o member_n of_o our_o congregation_n to_o be_v without_o though_o wicked_a and_o scandalous_a until_o he_o be_v make_v such_o by_o church-censure_n and_o cast_v out_o the_o reason_n of_o this_o connexion_n be_v evident_a for_o our_o congregation_n be_v true_a church_n and_o second_o the_o member_n of_o true_a church_n be_v to_o be_v account_v to_o be_v within_o and_o not_o without_o until_o they_o be_v excommunicate_v or_o cast_v out_o notwithstanding_o their_o scandal_n the_o incestuous_a person_n be_v a_o invincible_a with_o many_o yea_o most_o of_o the_o member_n of_o such_o congregation_n as_o heathen_n before_o any_o censure_n have_v pass_v from_o the_o church_n upon_o they_o a_o easy_a way_n i_o confess_v to_o cut_v off_o the_o trouble_n of_o duty_n in_o admonition_n and_o excommunication_n but_o i_o fear_v not_o so_o easy_a a_o way_n of_o satisfy_a conscience_n or_o quit_v ourselves_o to_o our_o master_n in_o the_o day_n of_o our_o account_n o_o that_o man_n will_v serious_o consider_v what_o word_n of_o god_n or_o church_n of_o christ_n will_v own_o such_o practice_n at_o that_o great_a day_n and_o heathen_n but_o by_o not_o hear_v the_o church_n which_o presuppose_v admonition_n chap._n xlii_o we_o be_v bind_v to_o proceed_v against_o scandalous_a person_n within_o our_o congregation_n by_o way_n of_o censure_n last_o if_o wickedness_n or_o scandal_n render_v not_o the_o member_n of_o our_o congregation_n to_o be_v no_o church-member_n then_o be_v we_o not_o bind_v to_o proceed_v
