decree_n of_o god_n first_o consider_v general_o that_o be_v in_o the_o adoption_n of_o the_o seed_n of_o abraham_n then_o particular_o in_o the_o promise_n confirm_v with_o david_n and_o he_o bring_v forth_o two_o most_o certain_a testimony_n thereof_o even_o the_o innumerable_a benefit_n verse_n 1_o and_o the_o very_a frame_n of_o heaven_n verse_n 2._o in_o the_o which_o he_o say_v that_o god_n of_o his_o great_a mercy_n have_v say_v shall_v continue_v take_v the_o heaven_n themselves_o to_o witness_v 3_o but_o the_o effect_n of_o this_o covenant_n do_v depend_v altogether_o of_o that_o which_o i_o will_v not_o let_v to_o declare_v by_o the_o voice_n of_o god_n himself_o thus_o than_o he_o say_v behold_v i_o do_v swear_v that_o i_o will_v perform_v this_o my_o covenant_n begin_v
