we_o come_v naked_a in_o only_o this_o glorious_a apparel_n and_o this_o heavenly_a raiment_n shall_v remain_v that_o we_o be_v the_o adopt_a child_n of_o god_n &_o that_o be_v along_o time_n stranger_n and_o pilgrim_n here_o on_o earth_n we_o shall_v now_o come_v to_o our_o home_n and_o to_o our_o inheritance_n reserve_v in_o heaven_n for_o us._n here_o also_o shall_v the_o greatness_n and_o the_o sweetness_n of_o the_o comfort_n appear_v that_o when_o the_o devil_n shall_v be_v most_o busy_a with_o we_o to_o lay_v our_o sin_n to_o our_o charge_n and_o when_o death_n shall_v approach_v and_o the_o time_n of_o our_o passage_n draw_v near_o and_o when_o he_o shall_v use_v all_o mean_n possible_a to_o put_v we_o beside_o the_o assure_a hope_n of_o our_o adoption_n then_o shall_v the_o comfort_n of_o god_n good_a spirit_n so_o strengthen_v our_o heart_n and_o conscience_n against_o the_o assault_n of_o the_o devil_n that_o he_o shall_v go_v away_o vanquish_v and_o we_o embolden_v then_o shall_v our_o mind_n be_v lift_v up_o with_o cheerfulness_n know_v that_o our_o redemption_n shall_v full_o be_v accomplish_v and_o our_o adoption_n seal_v and_o perfect_o confirm_v unto_o us._n contrariwise_o the_o wicked_a at_o the_o hour_n of_o death_n wicked_a how_o adoption_n respect_v the_o wicked_a which_o in_o their_o life_n time_n have_v flatter_v themselves_o with_o imitate_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n do_v usual_o persuade_v carnal_a man_n and_o hypocrite_n that_o they_o be_v adopt_v and_o that_o they_o shall_v be_v save_v but_o this_o persuasion_n of_o the_o devil_n be_v but_o a_o illution_n and_o their_o deceive_a heart_n be_v not_o establish_v by_o the_o assurance_n of_o god_n spirit_n which_o fill_v the_o heart_n with_o joy_n whereas_o their_o heart_n be_v full_a of_o doubtfulness_n full_a of_o distrust_n full_a of_o despair_n it_o may_v be_v they_o may_v believe_v for_o a_o time_n but_o as_o for_o that_o steadfast_a and_o endure_a faith_n whereby_o they_o may_v true_o say_v that_o god_n be_v their_o father_n this_o be_v only_o in_o the_o elect_a child_n of_o god_n and_o those_o that_o be_v adopt_v who_o perfect_a regeneration_n it_o please_v god_n to_o begin_v in_o this_o world_n by_o sow_v in_o their_o heart_n the_o immortal_a seed_n of_o life_n whereby_o he_o do_v so_o certain_o seal_v unto_o they_o the_o grace_n of_o his_o adoption_n that_o it_o shall_v continue_v firm_a unto_o the_o end_n in_o the_o mean_a time_n the_o faithful_a be_v admonish_v careful_o and_o humble_o to_o examine_v themselves_o least_o in_o steed_n of_o a_o true_a faith_n concern_v their_o adoption_n a_o carnal_a kind_n of_o security_n creep_v into_o their_o mind_n and_o grow_v upon_o they_o and_o compass_v they_o about_o even_o as_o the_o juie_n do_v the_o oak_n the_o wicked_a have_v never_o the_o feel_v of_o god_n grace_n but_o after_o a_o confuse_a sort_n take_v hold_n as_o it_o be_v rather_o of_o a_o shadow_n then_o of_o a_o body_n because_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n do_v true_o and_o proper_o seal_v the_o forgiveness_n of_o their_o sin_n only_o in_o the_o heart_n of_o the_o godly_a and_o the_o elect_v that_o they_o may_v apply_v the_o same_o by_o a_o especial_a gift_n of_o faith_n unto_o their_o comfort_n confuse_o i_o say_v the_o ungodlie_a receive_v the_o grace_n of_o god_n not_o that_o they_o be_v partaker_n together_o with_o the_o child_n of_o god_n of_o regeneration_n but_o because_o they_o seem_v to_o have_v a_o ground_n of_o faith_n after_o a_o common_a sort_n which_o be_v hide_v with_o a_o veil_n and_o cover_n of_o hypocrisy_n yet_o notwithstanding_o it_o may_v not_o be_v deny_v that_o god_n do_v lighten_v their_o mind_n so_o far_o as_o they_o may_v acknowledge_v his_o grace_n and_o goodness_n towards_o they_o but_o this_o common_a sense_n and_o feel_v of_o his_o grace_n be_v so_o distinguish_v from_o that_o comfortable_a assurance_n of_o god_n spirit_n which_o be_v in_o the_o elect_a that_o the_o wicked_a come_v never_o to_o that_o sound_n comfort_n and_o joy_n which_o adoption_n bring_v with_o it_o for_o god_n do_v not_o so_o far_o show_v himself_o favourable_a unto_o they_o as_o to_o take_v they_o into_o his_o guard_n and_o keep_v as_o though_o they_o be_v quite_o deliver_v from_o the_o punishment_n of_o their_o sin_n and_o from_o the_o fear_n of_o eternal_a death_n and_o damnation_n but_o only_o for_o the_o present_a time_n god_n do_v give_v they_o a_o taste_n of_o his_o mercy_n neither_o be_v it_o amiss_o that_o god_n do_v lighten_v the_o mind_n of_o the_o wicked_a with_o some_o feel_v of_o his_o gracious_a favour_n the_o which_o anon_o wither_v and_o vanish_v away_o through_o the_o hardness_n of_o their_o heart_n through_o their_o unsteadfast_a mind_n and_o through_o their_o own_o unthankfulness_n and_o backslide_v whereby_o they_o make_v themselves_o more_o culpable_a and_o the_o more_o inexcusable_a all_o which_o be_v wonderful_o bring_v to_o pass_v by_o the_o manifold_a wisdom_n of_o god_n that_o spirit_n of_o we_o which_o the_o apostle_n talk_v off_o be_v a_o renew_a heart_n and_o a_o sanctify_a mind_n that_o full_o and_o perfect_o receive_v have_v the_o favour_n of_o the_o king_n and_o have_v the_o crown_n royal_a set_v on_o his_o head_n who_o look_v to_o have_v his_o head_n smite_v from_o his_o shoulder_n the_o whip_n and_o stripe_n belong_v to_o a_o servant_n and_o young_a graceless_a brethren_n come_v never_o to_o inheritance_n so_o we_o be_v servant_n to_o sin_n and_o graceless_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n shall_v never_o have_v come_v to_o the_o royalty_n of_o heir_n if_o god_n by_o his_o mercy_n have_v not_o grant_v we_o repentance_n unto_o life_n and_o sow_v the_o seed_n of_o his_o grace_n in_o our_o heart_n be_v that_o we_o suffer_v with_o he_o that_o we_o may_v also_o be_v glorify_v with_o he_o for_o i_o count_v say_v the_o apostle_n that_o the_o affliction_n of_o this_o present_a time_n and_o of_o this_o present_a transitory_a life_n be_v not_o worthy_a yâ—_z glory_n which_o shall_v be_v reveal_v and_o show_v unto_o we_o &_o whereof_o in_o due_a time_n we_o shall_v be_v partaker_n now_o as_o
