thus_o he_o be_v either_o a_o superior_a or_o a_o inferior_a so_o than_o their_o reason_n be_v to_o some_o purpose_n if_o every_o believer_n be_v only_o in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n but_o every_o one_o that_o live_v here_o be_v also_o a_o member_n of_o some_o commonwealth_n so_o that_o he_o must_v either_o be_v a_o magistrate_n to_o rule_v other_o or_o else_o he_o must_v be_v subject_a and_o obedient_a to_o other_o who_o the_o lord_n have_v appoint_v to_o rule_v they_o four_o they_o object_v that_o civil_a government_n be_v full_a of_o cruelty_n which_o have_v the_o sword_n in_o
