man_n this_o beastly_a ignorant_a man_n know_v not_o but_o you_o must_v know_v it_o though_o you_o oppose_v it_o and_o will_v uphold_v a_o earthly_a kingdom_n in_o which_o man_n may_v rule_v without_o it_o at_o his_o pleasure_n and_o three_o set_v up_o over_o it_o the_o base_a of_o man_n will_v not_o leave_v till_o he_o set_v the_o bottom_n upon_o the_o top_n advance_v the_o base_a mean_v common_a sort_n of_o man_n man_n of_o base_a account_n of_o low_a small_a worth_n not_o renown_v either_o for_o honour_n riches_n learning_n wisdom_n or_o any_o other_o excellency_n but_o set_v up_o man_n of_o base_a ignoble_a birth_n base_a spirit_n etc._n etc._n over_o it_o these_o three_o thing_n have_v the_o majesty_n of_o god_n write_v out_o clear_o in_o these_o time_n the_o most_o high_a rule_v in_o this_o kingdom_n and_o first_o give_v it_o to_o the_o king_n but_o he_o do_v not_o know_v the_o lord_n that_o give_v he_o his_o dominion_n power_n and_o glory_n nor_o govern_v his_o people_n in_o the_o goodness_n strength_n and_o light_n of_o god_n but_o serve_v and_o please_v himself_o by_o it_o and_o so_o abuse_v that_o rule_n and_o authority_n that_o god_n give_v to_o tyranny_n covetuousnesse_n oppression_n and_o to_o self-pleasure_n and_o honour_n for_o this_o the_o lord_n blast_v his_o majesty_n curse_v his_o government_n rend_v his_o kingdom_n and_o fill_v it_o with_o trouble_n and_o distraction_n and_o force_v he_o against_o his_o will_n to_o call_v a_o parliament_n which_o be_v virtual_o or_o in_o a_o kind_a a_o resignation_n of_o his_o
