point_n but_o these_o may_v suffice_v to_o show_v that_o people_n be_v make_v holy_a by_o the_o grace_n and_o spirit_n of_o god_n within_o man_n and_o not_o by_o outward_a mean_n as_o the_o bp._n have_v assert_v and_o the_o same_o way_n they_o be_v make_v holy_a they_o be_v likewise_o make_v spiritual_a it_o be_v impossible_a to_o be_v a_o holy_a man_n without_o be_v spiritual_a see_v rom._n 8._o 6._o to_o be_v spiritual_o mind_v be_v life_n and_o peace_n and_o the_o way_n whereby_o man_n become_v spiritual_a be_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n according_a to_o 1_o cor._n 2._o 10._o to_o 15._o but_o contrary_a hereunto_o the_o bp_o tell_v we_o there_o be_v those_o who_o by_o analogy_n and_o proportion_n may_v be_v still_o term_v spiritual_a that_o be_v there_o be_v person_n who_o by_o study_n and_o industry_n attain_v to_o speak_v with_o tongue_n etc._n etc._n we_o ask_v then_o whether_o wicked_a man_n who_o have_v attain_v to_o speak_v with_o tongue_n be_v not_o of_o the_o number_n of_o the_o b'p_n spiritual_a man_n and_o whether_o his_o definition_n of_o spiritual_a man_n be_v not_o such_o as_o natural_a man_n may_v attain_v unto_o as_o to_o the_o bp_n tell_v we_o of_o the_o power_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o again_o the_o conduct_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n lead_v they_o by_o scripture_n into_o all_o truth_n as_o well_o as_o holiness_n he_o must_v not_o be_v displease_v if_o we_o tell_v he_o that_o we_o know_v no_o such_o language_n in_o holy_a scripture_n as_o lead_v by_o scripture_n into_o all_o truth_n on_o the_o contrary_a the_o scripture_n themselves_o do_v ascribe_v holiness_n and_o truth_n to_o the_o spirit_n direct_o as_o we_o have_v show_v to_o which_o purpose_n we_o will_v add_v one_o text_n here_o john_n 16._o 13._o when_o he_o the_o spirit_n of_o truth_n be_v come_v he_o will_v guide_v you_o into_o all_o truth_n but_o upon_o what_o ground_n or_o with_o what_o reason_n can_v the_o bp._n speak_v of_o the_o spirit_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n when_o he_o first_o tell_v we_o people_n be_v now_o make_v holy_a by_o the_o use_n of_o outward_a mean_n and_o from_o the_o scripture_n have_v learn_v the_o mind_n of_o the_o spirit_n whereas_o the_o work_n of_o the_o spirit_n be_v within_o as_o we_o have_v already_o prove_v if_o he_o shall_v retract_v and_o tell_v we_o as_o the_o holy_a scripture_n do_v that_o people_n be_v lead_v into_o all_o truth_n and_o holiness_n by_o the_o spirit_n we_o shall_v then_o agree_v in_o that_o point_n ibid._n 23._o the_o bp._n go_v on_o tell_v we_o the_o several_a effect_n producible_a in_o his_o way_n of_o spirituality_n and_o holiness_n and_o p._n 24._o say_v thus_o let_v such_o person_n as_o these_o be_v allow_v to_o be_v spiritual_a and_o if_o so_o the_o bp._n say_v he_o doubt_v not_o but_o there_o will_v be_v find_v more_o such_o who_o be_v no_o quaker_n than_o who_o real_o be_v and_o particular_o the_o bp._n claim_v to_o be_v such_o a_o one_o himself_o and_o challenge_n mr._n p._n to_o prove_v the_o contrary_a answ_n we_o will_v not_o differ_v with_o he_o about_o the_o number_n of_o his_o sort_n of_o spiritual_o make_v man_n and_o that_o they_o do_v exceed_v the_o quaker_n believe_v it_o true_a but_o we_o have_v already_o prove_v the_o bp_n outward_a way_n and_o the_o scripture_n inward_a way_n to_o holiness_n and_o spirituallity_n do_v wide_o differ_v and_o as_o they_o so_o do_v the_o effect_n in_o reality_n must_v do_v the_o same_o and_o therefore_o we_o shall_v be_v very_o brief_a with_o the_o bp._n as_o to_o his_o challenge_n and_o tell_v he_o though_o we_o allow_v he_o also_o to_o be_v a_o spiritual_a man_n according_a to_o his_o outward_a way_n of_o make_v they_o yet_o w._n p._n nor_o we_o need_v not_o go_v about_o to_o prove_v that_o he_o be_v no_o spiritual_a man_n according_a to_o scripture_n definition_n since_o he_o have_v so_o effectual_o do_v it_o himself_o thus_o much_o as_o to_o spirituality_n and_o holiness_n ibid_fw-la 24._o the_o bp._n proceed_v as_o to_o emptiness_n the_o bp._n crave_v pardon_n if_o he_o be_v at_o a_o loss_n what_o mr._n p._n mean_v thereby_o answ_n why_o the_o bp._n at_o a_o
