circumstance_n though_o to_o some_o they_o may_v seem_v small_a thing_n do_v much_o conduce_v to_o our_o hindrance_n or_o our_o help_n 23._o christ_n himself_o think_v it_o not_o vain_a to_o direct_v they_o be_v several_a duty_n and_o therefore_o must_v be_v perform_v both_o second_o we_o have_v need_n of_o one_o as_o well_o as_o the_o other_o and_o therefore_o shall_v wrong_v ourselves_o in_o we_o in_o comparison_n of_o the_o work_n of_o sense_n faith_n be_v imperfect_a for_o we_o be_v renew_v but_o in_o part_n but_o sense_n have_v its_o strength_n according_a to_o the_o strength_n of_o the_o flesh_n faith_n go_v against_o a_o world_n of_o resistance_n but_o sense_n do_v not_o faith_n be_v supernatural_a and_o therefore_o prone_a to_o decline_v and_o to_o languish_v both_o in_o the_o habit_n and_o exercise_n further_o than_o it_o be_v still_o renew_v and_o excite_v but_o sense_n be_v natural_a and_o therefore_o continue_v while_n nature_n continue_v the_o object_n of_o faith_n be_v far_o off_o we_o must_v go_v as_o far_o as_o heaven_n for_o our_o joy_n but_o the_o object_n of_o sense_n be_v close_o at_o hand_n it_o be_v no_o easy_a matter_n to_o rejoice_v at_o that_o which_o we_o never_o see_v nor_o ever_o know_v the_o man_n that_o do_v see_v it_o and_o this_o upon_o a_o mere_a promise_n which_o be_v write_v in_o the_o bible_n and_o that_o when_o we_o have_v must_v be_v all_o this_o violence_n use_v to_o compel_v it_o that_o then_o the_o service_n be_v worse_a than_o the_o omission_n these_o man_n understand_v not_o first_o that_o this_o argument_n will_v
