whether_o the_o pleasure_n or_o profit_n or_o honour_n of_o this_o life_n the_o way_n to_o have_v better_a desire_n be_v to_o wean_v ourselves_o from_o these_o thing_n by_o a_o constant_a holy_a meditation_n of_o the_o vanity_n of_o these_o thing_n that_o the_o soul_n be_v carry_v after_o solomon_n to_o wean_v his_o heart_n from_o these_o desire_n from_o place_v too_o much_o happiness_n in_o these_o thing_n he_o set_v they_o before_o he_o and_o say_v they_o be_v vanity_n and_o vexation_n of_o spirit_n let_v we_o set_v they_o before_o we_o as_o nothing_o as_o they_o will_v be_v ere_o weight_n of_o it_o because_o they_o grow_v up_o together_o so_o plant_v good_a thing_n in_o those_o that_o be_v young_a inure_v they_o to_o know_v good_a thing_n to_o hate_v ill_a way_n plant_v in_o they_o bless_a desire_n and_o inure_v they_o to_o holy_a exercise_n and_o good_a duty_n that_o good_a exercise_n may_v grow_v up_o with_o they_o as_o the_o fruit_n with_o the_o tree_n we_o see_v what_o 〈◊〉_d hard_a matter_n it_o be_v to_o convert_v a_o old_a man_n to_o draw_v the_o desire_n of_o a_o carnal_a worldly_a man_n to_o heaven_n when_o we_o speak_v of_o good_a thing_n to_o he_o his_o soul_n be_v full_a of_o the_o world_n what_o be_v in_o his_o brain_n the_o world_n what_o be_v in_o his_o heart_n the_o world_n so_o he_o be_v dry_a and_o exhaust_v of_o all_o good_a thing_n and_o that_o that_o be_v in_o he_o be_v eat_v up_o with_o the_o world_n it_o be_v a_o great_a improvidence_n in_o those_o that_o govern_v youth_n that_o they_o labour_v not_o that_o their_o desire_n may_v be_v strong_a to_o the_o best_a thing_n and_o let_v we_o all_o both_o young_a and_o old_a labour_n motion_n for_o heavenly_a wisdom_n that_o when_o good_a thing_n be_v minister_v to_o we_o from_o without_o or_o good_a motion_n stir_v up_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n to_o close_o with_o they_o and_o not_o to_o quench_v those_o motion_n and_o resist_v the_o spirit_n but_o to_o embrace_v those_o motion_n and_o cherish_v they_o till_o they_o come_v to_o resolution_n and_o purpose_n and_o action_n if_o we_o have_v a_o motion_n stir_v we_o up_o to_o repentance_n let_v we_o ripen_v it_o free_a the_o current_n of_o the_o disposition_n run_v in_o ill_a way_n the_o more_o wretched_a a_o man_n be_v yea_o but_o will_v the_o heart_n of_o some_o atheistical_a person_n present_o say_v what_o man_n to_o have_v his_o will_n in_o sinful_a course_n he_o that_o shall_v make_v a_o idol_n of_o his_o will_n especial_o a_o man_n that_o be_v in_o great_a place_n of_o honour_n that_o shall_v make_v persuasion_n be_v the_o strength_n of_o the_o affection_n those_o thing_n that_o we_o have_v a_o weak_a persuasion_n of_o we_o have_v a_o weak_a affection_n to_o those_o thing_n that_o we_o be_v
