have_v give_v thou_o a_o sure_a word_n to_o believe_v that_o but_o in_o all_o we_o cast_v away_o god_n and_o his_o word_n and_o hence_o it_o be_v we_o get_v so_o little_a good_a by_o it_o 5._o but_o himself_o and_o such_o be_v the_o religion_n of_o the_o most_o we_o spare_v the_o king_n and_o far_o of_o the_o flock_n for_o there_o be_v a_o reservation_n almost_o in_o all_o for_o when_o man_n will_v belâ—eve_v and_o lief_o for_o ever_o and_o with_o all_o their_o heart_n see_v what_o a_o reservation_n hang_v on_o righteousness_n reason_n &_o self-conceit_n so_o we_o believe_v god_n but_o neither_o because_o we_o be_v such_o and_o such_o so_o there_o be_v a_o stop_n in_o our_o faith_n we_o still_o have_v a_o eye_n to_o something_o else_o in_o our_o faith_n and_o so_o for_o love_n we_o still_o come_v in_o for_o want_v of_o mortification_n for_o hardly_o do_v we_o any_o thing_n wherein_o we_o have_v not_o some_o respect_n to_o ourselves_o and_o for_o the_o word_n we_o see_v religion_n be_v the_o only_a way_n and_o god_n the_o only_a good_a but_o still_o there_o stick_v in_o we_o a_o great_a like_n of_o the_o world_n we_o hope_v for_o a_o good_a in_o it_o &_o find_v a_o marvellous_a sweet_a therein_o so_o that_o none_o have_v any_o reason_n to_o be_v proud_a in_o religion_n though_o he_o have_v obtain_v and_o do_v that_o which_o many_o have_v not_o do_v yet_o there_o be_v still_o more_o that_o he_o know_v not_o love_v not_o do_v not_o it_o may_v be_v thou_o have_v a_o little_a faith_n and_o now_o and_o then_o trust_v god_n but_o for_o the_o most_o part_n deny_v he_o and_o trust_v thyself_o and_o arm_n of_o flesh_n or_o trust_v he_o for_o this_o or_o that_o reason_n so_o a_o little_a love_n to_o god_n but_o a_o full_a love_n to_o the_o world_n and_o thyself_o and_o here_o we_o see_v that_o in_o all_o religion_n two_o thing_n poison_v all_o viz._n vain_a glory_n and_o a_o belove_a world_n for_o first_o we_o still_o will_v have_v it_o therefore_o we_o limit_v all_o to_o this_o only_o for_o we_o have_v so_o many_o reservation_n for_o the_o world_n as_o a_o care_n
soul_n so_o religion_n the_o garment_n be_v the_o outward_a form_n of_o action_n righteousness_n holiness_n the_o body_n be_v truth_n righteousness_n reveal_v to_o the_o church_n apprehend_v by_o man_n but_o the_o soul_n of_o it_o be_v the_o spirit_n even_o god_n himself_o as_o the_o garment_n and_o body_n without_o the_o soul_n be_v but_o dead_a corpse_n and_o so_o this_o without_o god_n so_o without_o they_o both_o without_o its_o proper_a object_n &_o food_n so_o that_o the_o confound_a of_o these_o be_v the_o confusion_n &_o unrest_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o yet_o alace_o it_o be_v thus_o in_o the_o world_n man_n will_v needs_o join_v god_n and_o dagon_n christ_n and_o mammon_n without_o any_o trust_n or_o think_v of_o god_n at_o all_o like_o beast_n other_o keep_v a_o form_n of_o god_n after_o the_o flesh_n as_o they_o acknowledge_v his_o power_n and_o see_v his_o justice_n &_o fear_v &_o worship_v he_o with_o a_o far_o off_o worship_n but_o the_o heart_n bow_v to_o then_o no_o bring_n in_o of_o religion_n into_o a_o fleshly_a mind_n but_o first_o dagon_n must_v down_o then_o religion_n will_v stand_v if_o ever_o it_o be_v offer_v to_o a_o worldly_a mind_n it_o
