and_o in_o the_o heart_n we_o may_v well_o place_n in_o these_o four_o thing_n first_o in_o a_o right_a apprehension_n or_o understanding_n the_o attribute_n or_o property_n of_o god_n and_o that_o not_o only_o in_o their_o several_a nature_n and_o quality_n but_o some_o way_n also_o in_o the_o height_n or_o excess_n of_o proportion_n which_o they_o have_v above_o all_o perfection_n in_o the_o creature_n of_o the_o same_o kind_n or_o that_o go_v under_o the_o same_o name_n as_o for_o example_n a_o man_n must_v understand_v and_o apprehend_v what_o love_n mean_v that_o be_v what_o the_o nature_n and_o property_n of_o such_o a_o affection_n be_v and_o so_o what_o goodness_n wisdom_n truth_n power_n etc._n etc._n mean_a and_o import_v and_o likewise_o what_o a_o infinite_a love_n infinite_a goodness_n wisdom_n truth_n power_n etc._n etc._n import_n at_o least_o indefinite_o and_o by_o way_n of_o negation_n that_o be_v that_o by_o a_o infinite_a love_n be_v mean_v a_o love_n more_o intense_a large_z and_o fervent_a than_o by_o any_o create_v and_o finite_a understanding_n can_v be_v comprehend_v second_o in_o a_o true_a and_o unfeigned_a believe_v that_o such_o perfection_n even_o in_o that_o height_n and_o surplusage_n above_o all_o that_o be_v find_v in_o the_o creature_n be_v true_o and_o real_o in_o god_n and_o in_o he_o alone_o three_o in_o deliberate_a and_o serious_a contemplation_n or_o consideration_n of_o these_o infinite_a perfection_n right_o apprehend_v and_o firm_o believe_v to_o be_v in_o god_n four_o and_o last_o in_o frame_v the_o heart_n and_o compose_v the_o affection_n and_o shape_a and_o fashion_v all_o a_o man_n purpose_n intention_n and_o resolution_n in_o a_o answerable_a decent_a and_o comely_a manner_n thereunto_o that_o be_v to_o these_o attribute_n of_o god_n so_o apprehend_v believe_v and_o consider_v upon_o though_o if_o we_o speak_v strict_o and_o proper_o the_o duty_n we_o speak_v of_o stand_v precise_o in_o the_o last_o of_o the_o four_o the_o have_v the_o heart_n and_o and_o all_o the_o counsel_n and_o purpose_n of_o it_o tame_v and_o set_v in_o a_o just_a and_o sweet_a proportion_n to_o the_o name_n or_o a_o peculiar_a proper_a &_o distinct_a effect_n suitable_a to_o every_o of_o they_o in_o the_o heart_n &_o soul_n of_o man_n even_o as_o we_o see_v a_o seal_n that_o be_v well_o cut_v or_o grave_v when_o it_o be_v apply_v to_o wax_v well_o temper_v &_o soft_a do_v not_o leave_v a_o impression_n or_o likeness_n of_o itself_o in_o a_o general_a or_o confuse_a manner_n upon_o the_o wax_n but_o our_o love_n to_o he_o but_o the_o proportion_n of_o his_o goodness_n find_v in_o the_o measure_n &_o degree_n of_o our_o love_n &_o so_o not_o only_o his_o truth_n and_o faithfulness_n find_v in_o or_o dependence_n upon_o he_o but_o the_o unquestionablenesse_n or_o infallibility_n of_o his_o truth_n and_o faithfulness_n find_v in_o the_o freeness_n willingness_n strength_n and_o entireness_n of_o our_o dependence_n upon_o he_o and_o so_o in_o other_o his_o attribute_n 7_o not_o as_o if_o we_o be_v able_a to_o draw_v the_o full_a proportiof_n god_n attribute_n which_o we_o know_v be_v all_o infinite_a in_o the_o narrow_a compass_n of_o our_o heart_n or_o affection_n there_o be_v no_o room_n or_o space_n for_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v infinite_a to_o stand_v there_o in_o its_o positive_a and_o proper_a notion_n as_o for_o example_n a_o creature_n can_v love_v god_n with_o any_o such_o infiniteness_n of_o affection_n as_o god_n goodness_n be_v infinite_a in_o he_o but_o yet_o the_o infiniteness_n of_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n may_v be_v thus_o represent_v in_o our_o love_n and_o affection_n to_o he_o we_o may_v love_v he_o with_o a_o love_n strong_a and_o great_a than_o any_o love_n we_o bear_v to_o the_o creature_n or_o know_v that_o we_o ought_v to_o bear_v unto_o any_o creature_n whatsoever_o and_o this_o be_v interpretative_o infinite_a that_o be_v it_o be_v such_o love_n as_o plain_o confess_v and_o acknowledge_v the_o object_n of_o it_o to_o be_v infinite_a the_o same_o be_v to_o be_v conceive_v touch_v all_o other_o holy_a impression_n it_o be_v of_o dependence_n comely_a and_o glorious_a in_o he_o the_o great_a god_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n have_v no_o apparel_n to_o put_v on_o in_o all_o that_o infinite_a charge_n and_o
