note_n by_o the_o way_n a_o ignorant_a man_n can_v never_o have_v a_o conscience_n good_a conscience_n especial_o a_o man_n that_o affect_v ignorance_n because_o he_o have_v no_o rule_n he_o labour_v they_o by_o other_o they_o be_v deceive_v and_o they_o deceive_v their_o heart_n they_o force_v false_a principle_n upon_o themselves_o many_o study_n for_o false_a ground_n to_o live_v by_o for_o their_o advantage_n there_o be_v many_o that_o be_v atheistical_a that_o live_v even_o under_o the_o gospel_n and_o what_o rule_n have_v they_o the_o example_n of_o they_o by_o who_o they_o hope_v to_o rife_o they_o study_v their_o manner_n they_o square_v their_o life_n by_o they_o that_o be_v all_o the_o rule_n they_o have_v and_o again_o the_o multitude_n they_o do_v as_o the_o most_o do_v and_o custom_n and_o other_o false_a rule_n these_o rule_n will_v not_o comfort_v we_o to_o say_v i_o do_v it_o by_o such_o a_o example_n i_o do_v as_o other_o among_o who_o i_o live_v do_v or_o i_o false_a rule_n that_o the_o pope_n can_v err_v their_o rule_n be_v the_o authority_n and_o judgement_n of_o he_o that_o can_v err_v and_o he_o for_o the_o most_o part_n be_v a_o unlearned_a man_n in_o divinity_n that_o never_o read_v over_o the_o scripture_n in_o all_o his_o life_n and_o he_o must_v judge_v all_o controversy_n where_o this_o be_v grant_v that_o the_o pope_n can_v err_v he_o fit_v lie_v sin_n against_o nature_n and_o other_o rule_n that_o give_v liberty_n against_o the_o word_n that_o child_n may_v disobey_v their_o parent_n and_o get_v into_o a_o cloister_n etc._n etc._n the_o most_o of_o popery_n though_o there_o be_v no_o word_n of_o god_n it_o be_v against_o nature_n against_o conscience_n which_o god_n have_v plant_v in_o man_n as_o his_o deputy_n his_o tenant_n and_o as_o they_o sin_n against_o conscience_n so_o as_o i_o say_v conscience_n be_v even_o with_o they_o for_o let_v a_o man_n trust_v to_o his_o conscience_n and_o he_o can_v never_o be_v a_o sound_n papist_n except_v he_o leave_v that_o and_o go_v upon_o base_a false_a ground_n because_o other_o great_a man_n do_v it_o and_o because_o his_o predecessor_n have_v do_v it_o etc._n etc._n i_o god_n providence_n in_o the_o use_n of_o good_a mean_n a_o man_n may_v know_v by_o god_n afflict_v of_o his_o child_n that_o they_o deal_v too_o much_o in_o carnal_a wisdom_n for_o if_o it_o be_v not_o for_o carnal_a wisdom_n if_o we_o will_v submit_v ourselves_o to_o his_o sweet_a and_o easy_a guidance_n and_o use_v the_o lawful_a mean_n that_o he_o have_v discover_v in_o a_o lawful_a call_n
