please_v himself_o in_o it_o that_o this_o good_a thus_o do_v will_v well_o enough_o pacify_v god_n for_o his_o sin_n or_o at_o least_o he_o will_v go_v over_o some_o prayer_n &_o be_v strict_a for_o a_o little_a while_n and_o then_o they_o doubt_v not_o but_o god_n because_o also_o he_o present_o smite_v not_o with_o judgement_n be_v well_o enough_o apay_v and_o he_o need_v no_o more_o trouble_v himself_o be_v not_o this_o the_o very_a way_n of_o your_o heart_n have_v not_o the_o word_n find_v you_o out_o object_n but_o you_o will_v say_v why_o can_v these_o duty_n and_o this_o obedience_n satisfy_v and_o pacify_v god_n well_o enough_o for_o sin_n answ_n 1._o because_o there_o be_v sin_n mix_v in_o they_o they_o come_v from_o a_o profane_a heart_n as_o be_v show_v in_o the_o last_o reason_n though_o thou_o ignorant_o because_o thou_o know_v not_o thy_o heart_n call_v it_o a_o good_a heart_n now_o that_o which_o be_v in_o itself_o sinful_a can_v sure_o satisfy_v for_o sin_n 2._o because_o of_o the_o infiniteness_n of_o god_n justice_n as_o well_o as_o purity_n of_o it_o a_o finite_a creature_n can_v offer_v up_o a_o proportionable_a atonement_n to_o a_o infinite_a god_n any_o one_o think_v that_o this_o will_v satisfy_v the_o prince_n for_o his_o treason_n so_o poor_a deceive_v creature_n thou_o be_v guilty_a of_o treason_n and_o rebellion_n against_o the_o great_a and_o most_o high_a god_n and_o thou_o come_v and_o offere_v up_o to_o he_o thy_o poor_a pollute_a break_a obedience_n and_o duty_n and_o think_v he_o will_v be_v satify_v with_o this_o whereas_o god_n may_v in_o the_o same_o moment_n just_o send_v thou_o to_o hell_n for_o the_o iniquity_n of_o they_o a_o poor_a sinful_a soul_n think_v that_o because_o such_o do_n and_o service_n do_v satisfy_v himself_o his_o own_o conscience_n therefore_o he_o think_v they_o will_v satisfy_v god_n also_o because_o they_o quiet_v he_o upon_o any_o trouble_n for_o guilt_n he_o think_v they_o will_v also_o quiet_a god_n and_o take_v off_o his_o anger_n and_o justice_n from_o punish_v he_o poor_a creature_n this_o thy_o way_n be_v thy_o folly_n and_o the_o ready_a way_n to_o come_v under_o the_o man_n in_o their_o obedience_n of_o the_o law_n as_o to_o place_v their_o acceptance_n in_o it_o add_v to_o this_o the_o reason_n of_o it_o why_o the_o heart_n of_o all_o the_o son_n and_o daughter_n of_o adam_n be_v natural_o apt_a to_o rest_v upon_o the_o law_n and_o their_o own_o do_n and_o to_o hope_v for_o peace_n by_o it_o 1._o every_o natural_a man_n have_v something_o of_o the_o remain_v he_o think_v where_o he_o fail_v he_o hope_v to_o make_v up_o any_o breach_n that_o sin_n have_v make_v between_o god_n and_o his_o soul_n and_o thus_o he_o be_v still_o upon_o the_o old_a covenant_n destitute_a sinner_n to_o jesus_n christ_n for_o all_o 4._o because_o it_o be_v not_o suitable_a to_o the_o light_n of_o natural_a reason_n that_o a_o soul_n shall_v satisfy_v god_n or_o become_v
