behold_v thy_o saviour_n see_v the_o son_n of_o god_n die_v shed_v his_o blood_n that_o thou_o may_v not_o die_v and_o be_v damn_v though_o thy_o sin_n have_v nail_v i_o here_o this_o blood_n that_o flow_v from_o i_o shall_v wash_v thou_o and_o shall_v keep_v thou_o that_o thou_o shall_v not_o perish_v look_v thus_o upon_o he_o this_o will_v do_v the_o deed_n this_o will_v melt_v thy_o heart_n harden_v as_o to_o have_v cause_n to_o cry_v out_o with_o the_o church_n lord_n why_o be_v my_o heart_n harden_v from_o thy_o fear_n therefore_o when_o god_n have_v make_v thy_o heart_n tender_a and_o soften_v thou_o labour_v to_o keep_v it_o so_o watch_v over_o thyself_o that_o thou_o do_v not_o depart_v from_o it_o and_o to_o help_v you_o remember_v these_o few_o brief_a direction_n observe_v thy_o heart_n very_o diligent_o when_o it_o grow_v lazy_a 1._o as_o the_o church_n do_v who_o when_o her_o belove_a come_v and_o lazy_a will_v have_v come_v to_o she_o she_o have_v put_v off_o her_o coat_n and_o she_o be_v loath_a to_o foul_a her_o foot_n when_o i_o say_v thou_o find_v thy_o heart_n grow_v lazy_a thou_o begin_v to_o harden_v when_o thou_o find_v thy_o appetite_n go_v that_o thou_o do_v not_o relish_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o communion_n with_o 2._o fail_v he_o when_o thou_o can_v turn_v thy_o back_n upon_o those_o fellowship_n and_o communion_n with_o god_n that_o heretofore_o have_v be_v more_o precious_a to_o thou_o then_o thy_o life_n or_o when_o thou_o find_v thy_o heart_n grow_v self-conceited_a that_o thou_o be_v some_o body_n in_o thy_o own_o eye_n 3._o when_o thou_o grow_v pettish_a and_o wayward_a to_o they_o that_o self-conceited_a admonish_v thou_o that_o thou_o grow_v choleric_a and_o be_v impatient_a 4._o admonish_v to_o be_v plain_o deal_v with_o than_o be_v thy_o heart_n harden_v and_o look_v to_o thyself_o betimes_o let_v it_o not_o grow_v upon_o thou_o do_v as_o man_n will_v do_v in_o other_o disease_n i_o find_v the_o stone_n grow_v upon_o i_o i_o shall_v have_v another_o terrible_a fit_n of_o it_o if_o i_o prevent_v it_o not_o i_o must_v take_v a_o little_a timely_a physic_n use_v the_o mean_n before_o prescribe_v both_o to_o break_v it_o and_o dissolve_v it_o yea_o before_o these_o thing_n grow_v upon_o thou_o use_v these_o former_a prescription_n for_o prevent_v it_o and_o be_v very_o much_o in_o prayer_n to_o thy_o tender_a hearted_a saviour_n to_o keep_v thy_o heart_n tender_a he_o only_o can_v do_v it_o and_o he_o will_v do_v it_o if_o thou_o seek_v to_o he_o and_o rely_v strong_o upon_o he_o to_o do_v it_o according_a to_o his_o covenant_n of_o grace_n wherein_o he_o have_v bind_v himself_o to_o take_v away_o the_o heart_n of_o stone_n and_o to_o give_v his_o people_n a_o heart_n of_o flesh_n use_v i_o say_v again_o these_o mean_n careful_o otherwise_o if_o thou_o harden_v thy_o heart_n against_o god_n god_n will_v harden_v his_o heart_n against_o thou_o and_o he_o will_v make_v thy_o heart_n ache_v and_o thy_o bone_n quake_v before_o thy_o peace_n shall_v be_v make_v the_o lord_n give_v you_o to_o consider_v of_o these_o thing_n there_o be_v another_o use_n of_o this_o lesson_n to_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n how_o to_o prevent_v our_o threaten_a desolation_n o_o how_o glad_a will_v we_o all_o be_v to_o find_v some_o expedient_a to_o save_v the_o kingdom_n why_o certain_o this_o will_v do_v it_o can_v we_o think_v of_o a_o way_n how_o this_o brass_n and_o iron_n this_o rock_n of_o england_n may_v relent_v before_o god_n and_o lie_v down_o the_o buckler_n that_o will_v save_v
