skill_n in_o any_o trade_n or_o traffic_n and_o the_o borrower_n have_v skill_n want_v a_o stock_n not_o only_o both_o they_o shall_v be_v gainer_n but_o the_o commonwealth_n also_o shall_v receive_v good_a by_o the_o employment_n of_o the_o one_o man_n stock_n and_o of_o the_o other_o skill_n whereas_o contrariwise_o the_o common_a wealth_n shall_v sustain_v loss_n if_o neither_o the_o creditor_n
