more_o clear_a representation_n of_o the_o condition_n of_o apostate_n but_o also_o a_o very_a serious_a admonition_n to_o take_v heed_n of_o that_o grievous_a sin_n and_o of_o all_o thing_n that_o tend_v thereunto_o because_o the_o end_n will_v be_v so_o woeful_a and_o the_o punishment_n so_o grievous_a for_o if_o man_n deal_v thus_o with_o their_o ground_n which_o be_v devoid_a of_o reason_n have_v more_o charity_n for_o you_o better_a conceir_n of_o you_o and_o hope_n of_o your_o continuance_n in_o christianity_n so_o that_o you_o need_v not_o be_v initiate_v again_o by_o lay_v the_o foundation_n and_o i_o have_v good_a ground_n of_o this_o my_o hope_n 2._o this_o be_v the_o reason_n why_o i_o will_v not_o lay_v the_o foundation_n again_o but_o go_v on_o to_o perfection_n and_o further_o inform_v you_o of_o high_a point_n of_o doctrine_n and_o in_o particular_a of_o the_o excellency_n of_o christ_n priesthood_n in_o this_o reason_n we_o may_v observe_v 1._o his_o hope_n and_o good_a persuasion_n of_o they_o 2._o the_o ground_n of_o this_o his_o hope_n in_o these_o word_n we_o have_v a_o rhetorical_a anticipation_n whereby_o he_o endeavour_v to_o prevent_v the_o thought_n which_o may_v arise_v in_o their_o heart_n upon_o his_o former_a speech_n and_o expression_n for_o they_o may_v think_v that_o he_o do_v by_o they_o tacit_o condemn_v they_o as_o apostate_n or_o in_o the_o way_n to_o apostasy_n and_o if_o he_o do_v so_o he_o must_v needs_o wrong_v they_o and_o discourage_v they_o for_o he_o do_v tacit_o imply_v though_o not_o positive_o and_o express_o affirm_v that_o they_o be_v of_o a_o bad_a disposition_n and_o in_o a_o very_a sad_a condition_n and_o this_o opinion_n of_o they_o be_v against_o charity_n and_o truth_n to_o remove_v such_o suspicious_a and_o jealousy_n out_o of_o their_o mind_n he_o in_o these_o word_n assure_v they_o of_o his_o charity_n and_o that_o his_o word_n be_v not_o inconsistent_a with_o his_o good_a conceit_n of_o they_o the_o first_o that_o be_v his_o charity_n he_o signify_v by_o the_o term_n of_o compellation_n beloved_n for_o he_o love_v they_o with_o a_o dear_a and_o tender_a love_n as_o christian_n continue_v in_o christianity_n this_o he_o can_v not_o have_v do_v if_o he_o have_v judge_v they_o apostate_n and_o enemy_n to_o christ._n by_o this_o we_o be_v teach_v that_o it_o be_v our_o duty_n not_o only_o to_o love_v our_o christian_a brethren_n but_o upon_o occasion_n to_o express_v it_o and_o further_o to_o give_v the_o reason_n and_o ground_n of_o our_o love_n as_o the_o apostle_n here_o do_v for_o the_o reason_n and_o ground_n of_o this_o love_n be_v his_o persuasion_n of_o their_o continuance_n in_o christianity_n for_o he_o be_v persuade_v better_a thing_n of_o they_o etc._n reprove_v they_o for_o their_o ignorance_n and_o negligence_n whereof_o some_o of_o they_o be_v high_o guilty_a and_o also_o signify_v the_o deplorable_a and_o desperate_a case_n of_o apostate_n and_o there_o be_v danger_n lest_o some_o might_n in_o time_n be_v guilty_a of_o that_o sin_n yet_o all_o this_o be_v not_o to_o accuse_v they_o but_o warn_v they_o that_o this_o danger_n may_v be_v prevent_v to_o reprove_v and_o admonish_v be_v act_n of_o charity_n and_o such_o as_o the_o most_o love_a father_n in_o the_o world_n may_v and_o sometime_o must_v use_v if_o he_o true_o love_v his_o child_n we_o may_v represent_v the_o ugly_a and_o filthy_a face_n of_o sin_n and_o the_o horrid_a pain_n of_o
christ_n and_o god_n who_o send_v he_o but_o then_o on_o the_o contrary_a if_o the_o people_n be_v disobedient_a though_o the_o minister_n conscience_n will_v acquit_v he_o and_o christ_n will_v rich_o reward_v his_o fidelity_n and_o pain_n yet_o it_o will_v trouble_v he_o much_o to_o see_v his_o labour_n lose_v the_o people_n soul_n who_o salvation_n he_o so_o much_o desire_v and_o labour_v for_o to_o perish_v and_o as_o this_o will_v be_v a_o grief_n to_o he_o so_o it_o will_v be_v a_o unspeakable_a damage_n unto_o they_o for_o they_o shall_v lose_v the_o fair_a opportunity_n of_o
