this_o sin_n of_o murmur_a nu._n the_o jew_z sh_z targum_fw-la observe_v that_o the_o serpent_n do_v not_o murmur_v for_o his_o curse_n on_o thy_o belly_n shall_v thou_o go_v and_o dust_n shall_v thou_o ear_v all_o the_o day_n of_o thy_o life_n yet_o although_o god_n give_v the_o jew_n manna_n from_o heaven_n they_o murmur_v they_o be_v worse_o than_o the_o very_a serpent_n than_o the_o very_a devil_n targ._n hieros_fw-es in_o nu._n i_o shall_v lay_v down_o the_o remedye_n against_o it_o 1._o be_v persuade_v to_o sit_v down_o and_o consider_v what_o our_o sin_n have_v deserve_v this_o will_v be_v a_o special_a mean_n to_o keep_v we_o from_o this_o sin_n wherefore_o do_v a_o live_a man_n complain_v a_o man_n for_o the_o punishment_n of_o his_o sin_n it_o be_v a_o murmur_a complaint_n that_o the_o holy-ghost_n speak_v against_o and_o so_o it_o be_v in_o the_o margin_n wherefore_o do_v he_o murmur_v lam._n 3.39_o oh_o that_o god_n will_v show_v thou_o the_o secret_n of_o wisdom_n that_o they_o be_v double_a to_o that_o which_o be_v know_v therefore_o that_o god_n exact_v of_o thou_o less_o than_o thy_o iniquity_n deserve_v job_n 11.6_o zophar_n first_o pray_v for_o notwithstanding_o the_o affl_fw-mi ction_n of_o the_o church_n mention_v in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o lamentation_n chap._n 1_o &_o 2._o be_v so_o great_a that_o the_o prophet_n can_v not_o parallel_v their_o case_n with_o any_o people_n under_o heaven_n yet_o for_o all_o this_o say_v the_o church_n lam._n 3.22_o 23._o it_o be_v of_o the_o lord_n mercy_n that_o we_o be_v not_o consume_v because_o his_o compassion_n fail_v not_o they_o be_v new_a every_o morning_n great_a be_v thy_o faithfulness_n she_o observe_v much_o mercy_n in_o this_o severity_n so_o that_o when_o a_o man_n come_v to_o such_o a_o sight_n of_o his_o sin_n as_o this_o when_o he_o see_v that_o he_o have_v deserve_v nothing_o but_o to_o be_v cast_v out_o into_o hell_n and_o to_o have_v no_o other_o portion_n than_o whatsoever_o dispensation_n he_o lie_v under_o in_o this_o life_n he_o can_v look_v upon_o it_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o grace_n to_o be_v a_o great_a mercy_n 2._o by_o this_o mean_n we_o shall_v come_v to_o look_v upon_o the_o least_o of_o god_n favour_n and_o high_o to_o prize_v the_o least_o of_o the_o mercy_n we_o enjoy_v ezra_n bless_v god_n for_o that_o deliverance_n they_o have_v and_o that_o they_o be_v escape_v with_o their_o life_n though_o they_o be_v in_o very_o great_a distress_n yet_o they_o see_v what_o they_o have_v deserve_v and_o therefore_o it_o be_v they_o so_o high_o prize_v this_o deliverance_n ezra_n 9.13_o 15_o if_o you_o will_v know_v what_o their_o condition_n be_v then_o read_v nehem._n 9.36.37_o behold_v we_o be_v servant_n this_o day_n &_o for_o the_o in_o all_o his_o providential_a dispensation_n this_o be_v the_o reason_n of_o man_n murmur_v against_o god_n because_o they_o think_v god_n way_n be_v not_o equal_a but_o when_o a_o man_n come_v to_o consider_v his_o own_o desert_n he_o justifi_v the_o lord_n and_o acknowledge_v he_o to_o be_v righteous_a in_o all_o his_o deal_n lam._n 1.10_o ad_fw-la 18._o the_o church_n call_v upon_o all_o to_o
