more_o curse_v the_o earth_n for_o man_n because_o the_o imagination_n of_o his_o heart_n be_v evil_a in_o all_o likelihood_n god_n shall_v have_v say_v the_o contrary_a i_o will_v still_o curse_v the_o earth_n because_o the_o imagination_n of_o man_n heart_n be_v evil_a for_o so_o he_o say_v chap._n 6._o vers_fw-la 5._o 6._o that_o see_v all_o the_o imagination_n of_o the_o thought_n of_o man_n heart_n be_v only_o evil_a continual_o therefore_o he_o will_v destroy_v the_o man_n from_o the_o earth_n and_o from_o man_n to_o beast_n &_o every_o creep_a thing_n how_o can_v both_o these_o they_o two_o main_a point_n touch_v the_o frame_n of_o man_n heart_n by_o nature_n the_o first_o be_v this_o the_o imagination_n and_o conceit_n of_o every_o man_n be_v natural_o evil_a this_o appear_v not_o only_o in_o this_o place_n but_o else_o where_o rom._n 8._o 5._o the_o wisdom_n of_o the_o flesh_n be_v not_o a_o enemy_n but_o emnitie_n against_o god_n again_o such_o as_o the_o therefore_o be_v reform_v with_o the_o power_n and_o faculty_n thereof_o chap._n viii_o rule_n for_o the_o reformation_n of_o our_o evil_a thought_n sect._n 1_o our_o thought_n must_v be_v bring_v into_o obedience_n to_o god_n for_o the_o reformation_n of_o our_o thought_n rule_n sundry_a rule_n must_v be_v observe_v first_o that_o we_o bring_v all_o our_o thought_n into_o the_o obedience_n of_o god_n every_o man_n will_v grant_v that_o word_n and_o action_n must_v be_v in_o subjection_n but_o i_o say_v further_o every_o thought_n in_o the_o mind_n must_v be_v conceive_v in_o obedience_n behaviour_n it_o come_v from_o the_o profaneness_n of_o his_o heart_n in_o evil_a thought_n neither_o can_v it_o be_v hope_v that_o any_o man_n shall_v reform_v his_o life_n that_o will_v not_o guard_v his_o heart_n and_o keep_v his_o mind_n from_o wicked_a imagination_n the_o devil_n can_v work_v his_o will_n upon_o man_n affection_n or_o prevail_v over_o man_n will_n but_o by_o thought_n
