nature_n be_v also_o corrupt_a and_o evil_a 6._o have_v not_o god_n intercept_v he_o 4._o and_o as_o he_o have_v choose_v he_o before_o in_o christ_n so_o by_o a_o new_a birth_n or_o replantation_n change_v his_o nature_n his_o heart_n i_o mean_v he_o will_v have_v bring_v forth_o no_o other_o but_o evil_a fruit_n also_o as_o well_o as_o his_o brother_n esaw_n even_o to_o his_o last_o hour_n and_o so_o have_v perish_v together_o thus_o much_o shall_v serve_v for_o the_o truth_n of_o god_n election_n their_o three_o point_n be_v that_o all_o man_n have_v free_a will_n in_o themselves_o as_o well_o to_o repent_v of_o their_o sin_n to_o believe_v the_o gospel_n and_o obtain_v salvation_n as_o they_o have_v to_o remain_v in_o hardness_n of_o heart_n and_o unbelief_n and_o in_o the_o estate_n of_o damnation_n answ_n to_o teach_v that_o all_o or_o that_o any_o man_n have_v as_o free_a will_n in_o themselves_o to_o repent_v to_o believe_v the_o gospel_n and_o obtain_v salvation_n as_o they_o have_v to_o remain_v in_o the_o contrary_n be_v very_o erroneous_a and_o antichristian_a but_o the_o truth_n be_v this_o that_o as_o we_o have_v all_o sin_v in_o and_o from_o our_o father_n adam_n 18._o and_o be_v exclude_v from_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o from_o the_o joy_n of_o his_o presence_n 13._o so_o have_v we_o all_o lose_v and_o be_v deprive_v of_o all_o possibility_n
but_o he_o alone_o therefore_o in_o sure_a consideration_n of_o his_o grace_n and_o love_n be_v confound_v in_o themselves_o and_o ashamed_a as_o touch_v their_o own_o will_n and_o work_n and_o give_v all_o praise_n and_o honour_n unto_o his_o holy_a name_n they_o do_v beseech_v he_o though_o they_o be_v not_o worthy_a the_o least_o of_o his_o mercy_n that_o he_o will_v be_v please_v notwithstanding_o to_o extend_v his_o grace_n and_o love_n unto_o they_o and_o pour_v forth_o his_o holy_a spirit_n the_o ruler_n and_o governor_n of_o his_o kingdom_n here_o on_o earth_n into_o their_o heart_n to_o comfort_v sanctify_v and_o guide_v they_o in_o his_o truth_n that_o be_v guide_v and_o sanctify_v thereby_o they_o may_v evermore_o do_v his_o will_n obey_v his_o commandment_n and_o walk_v before_o he_o here_o on_o earth_n even_o as_o his_o holy_a angel_n and_o servant_n do_v in_o heaven_n and_o acknowledge_v his_o goodness_n towards_o they_o his_o providence_n and_o care_n in_o feed_v and_o clothing_n they_o and_o give_v they_o all_o other_o thing_n which_o the_o necessity_n of_o this_o their_o present_a life_n require_v do_v request_n he_o also_o that_o he_o will_v daily_o supply_v and_o continue_v the_o same_o with_o his_o continual_a blessing_n thereon_o receive_v they_o always_o with_o thanksgiving_n know_v that_o they_o be_v all_o sanctify_a by_o his_o word_n and_o prayer_n and_o call_v to_o mind_n their_o manifold_a sin_n and_o trespass_n which_o they_o in_o their_o flesh_n and_o body_n of_o death_n do_v daily_o commit_v against_o he_o pour_v out_o their_o soul_n in_o tear_n before_o he_o bewail_v their_o wretchedness_n and_o misserie_n herein_o beseech_v he_o for_o his_o son_n jesus_n christ_n his_o sake_n through_o who_o they_o have_v now_o great_a confidence_n of_o his_o grace_n that_o he_o will_v not_o lay_v their_o sin_n to_o their_o charge_n but_o forgive_v they_o have_v also_o a_o true_a testimony_n in_o their_o conscience_n which_o they_o likewise_o clear_a before_o he_o that_o they_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o all_o man_n and_o do_v forgive_v even_o their_o enemy_n and_o so_o withal_o do_v earnest_o entreat_v he_o that_o he_o will_v vouchsafe_v they_o his_o gracious_a and_o fatherly_a perfection_n to_o sustain_v and_o keep_v they_o that_o no_o temptation_n may_v at_o any_o time_n prevail_v against_o they_o to_o lead_v or_o repose_v their_o trust_n and_o whole_a affiance_n in_o he_o they_o rest_v in_o peace_n know_v also_o and_o acknowledge_v that_o the_o kingdom_n and_o the_o power_n and_o the_o glory_n be_v he_o for_o ever_o and_o ever_o amen_n thus_o these_o just_a and_o sanctify_a servant_n of_o god_n go_v one_o from_o strength_n to_o strength_n as_o the_o prophet_n speak_v and_o from_o faith_n to_o faith_n love_n the_o faith_n which_o make_v a_o sinner_n just_a the_o faith_n by_o which_o the_o just_a do_v live_v and_o be_v save_v which_o very_o thing_n saint_n john_n also_o clear_v speak_v of_o the_o antichrist_n that_o be_v go_v out_o from_o they_o they_o go_v out_o from_o we_o say_v he_o but_o they_o be_v not_o of_o we_o 19_o if_o they_o have_v be_v of_o we_o they_o will_v no_o doubt_v have_v continue_v with_o we_o but_o they_o go_v out_o from_o we_o that_o it_o may_v be_v make_v manifest_a that_o they_o be_v not_o all_o of_o us._n in_o which_o word_n he_o prove_v planly_a that_o if_o they_o have_v ever_o be_v of_o the_o faithful_a sort_n namely_o the_o sanctify_a in_o heart_n whereof_o john_n be_v one_o they_o have_v never_o fall_v back_o but_o have_v without_o all_o doubt_n bring_v that_o seed_n which_o he_o promise_v to_o call_v to_o repentance_n he_o give_v they_o repentance_n he_o promise_v grace_n to_o the_o repentant_a in_o a_o special_a particular_a manner_n he_o give_v they_o faith_n also_o to_o receive_v it_o he_o promise_v likewise_o salvation_n absolute_o to_o these_o believer_n he_o admonish_v they_o because_o they_o of_o themselves_o be_v apt_a to_o fall_v yea_o and_o will_v fall_v and_o perish_v if_o they_o stand_v by_o their_o own_o strength_n if_o god_n do_v not_o sustain_v they_o and_o have_v not_o order_v and_o dispose_v of_o all_o thing_n for_o their_o safety_n and_o well_o be_v he_o command_v they_o to_o watch_v and_o to_o pray_v and_o he_o give_v they_o his_o spirit_n which_o help_v their_o infirmity_n without_o the_o which_o they_o know_v not_o what_o to_o ask_v and_o it_o make_v request_n unto_o god_n for_o they_o with_o sigh_n and_o groan_n which_o can_v be_v express_v not_o because_o they_o may_v yet_o perish_v but_o be_v erroneous_a and_o antichristian_a and_o although_o god_n do_v elect_v man_n in_o christ_n from_o the_o foundation_n of_o the_o world_n yet_o do_v not_o the_o elect_a fall_n from_o their_o election_n in_o the_o fall_n of_o adam_n neither_o do_v adam_n himself_o lose_v his_o election_n by_o his_o fall_n as_o they_o will_v infer_v thereupon_o for_o god_n election_n be_v not_o of_o man_n occasion_n to_o clear_v those_o thing_n hereafter_o thus_o as_o we_o have_v say_v god_n first_o publish_v his_o gospel_n and_o all_o do_v enjoy_v some_o benefit_n thereby_o many_o be_v enlighten_v by_o it_o and_o be_v make_v partaker_n of_o some_o common_a gift_n of_o the_o spirit_n but_o few_o be_v make_v partaker_n of_o those_o which_o be_v special_a and_o peculiar_a and_o this_o be_v the_o order_n which_o god_n do_v use_v for_o the_o call_n sanctify_a and_o save_v of_o his_o elect_a first_o after_o they_o be_v enlighten_v to_o know_v his_o truth_n he_o call_v they_o in_o a_o special_a manner_n to_o repentance_n then_o in_o the_o second_o place_n by_o a_o more_o excellent_a gift_n of_o the_o spirit_n he_o justify_v the_o repentant_a soul_n from_o his_o sin_n and_o sanctify_v his_o heart_n and_o then_o three_o they_o be_v now_o ingraft_v into_o christ_n their_o head_n 3._o do_v bring_v forth_o fruit_n in_o he_o as_o before_o we_o have_v describe_v and_o these_o be_v the_o plantation_n of_o god_n the_o tree_n of_o righteousness_n which_o the_o scripture_n speak_v of_o god_n be_v the_o husbandman_n 2._o and_o this_o be_v the_o manner_n of_o his_o husbandry_n and_o thus_o have_v he_o sever_v and_o distinguish_v his_o plant_n from_o all_o carnal_a unregenerate_a christian_n under_o what_o name_n or_o title_n soever_o they_o pass_v or_o in_o what_o outward_a estate_n or_o church_n soever_o they_o live_v and_o bless_v be_v that_o man_n that_o have_v part_n with_o they_o in_o those_o special_a gift_n and_o treasure_n of_o life_n for_o on_o such_o the_o second_o death_n shall_v have_v no_o power_n thus_o have_v we_o prove_v that_o whosoever_o be_v bear_v from_o above_o of_o water_n and_o the_o spirit_n justify_v by_o faith_n in_o christ_n who_o name_n be_v write_v in_o the_o book_n of_o life_n from_o the_o foundation_n of_o the_o world_n shall_v never_o fall_v away_o nor_o have_v their_o name_n raze_v out_o of_o the_o book_n of_o life_n again_o and_o that_o god_n do_v never_o alter_v his_o purpose_n or_o promise_n but_o that_o all_o his_o decree_n and_o promise_n shall_v sure_o come_v to_o pass_v their_o five_o point_n that_o there_o be_v no_o commit_v actual_a sin_n be_v save_v answ_n the_o truth_n be_v though_o to_o our_o shame_n and_o sorrow_n it_o may_v be_v speak_v that_o sin_n have_v take_v hold_n of_o all_o the_o whole_a posterity_n the_o faithful_a as_o of_o the_o unfaithful_a be_v by_o nature_n the_o child_n of_o pollution_n and_o wrath_n and_o die_v unregenerate_a perrish_v from_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o from_o the_o joy_n of_o his_o presence_n for_o evermore_o this_o we_o need_v not_o now_o to_o stand_v to_o argue_v for_o beside_o the_o manifold_a testimony_n of_o god_n word_n which_o testify_v against_o we_o long_o and_o lamentable_a experence_n have_v sufficient_o prove_v it_o and_o do_v daily_o prove_v it_o unto_o we_o so_o that_o we_o have_v more_o need_n to_o mourn_v for_o ourselves_o in_o regard_n
