the_o glass_n of_o his_o mercy_n that_o so_o despair_v be_v prevent_v we_o may_v find_v our_o sin_n pardonable_a then_o press_v we_o to_o the_o throne_n of_o grace_n with_o a_o break_a and_o humble_a spirit_n and_o testify_v we_o our_o just_a hatred_n and_o indignation_n against_o our_o sin_n by_o justify_v our_o god_n and_o impose_v some_o spiritual_a humiliation_n on_o ourselves_o oh_o let_v our_o soul_n refuse_v all_o other_o comfort_n till_o the_o conscience_n be_v quiet_v in_o 7._o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb_n and_o give_v we_o the_o lord_n no_o rest_n till_o he_o return_v to_o his_o rest_n and_o restore_v unto_o we_o the_o joy_n of_o his_o salvation_n 5._o now_o let_v sin_n be_v confess_v in_o particular_a the_o more_o to_o break_v the_o heart_n and_o that_o against_o ourselves_o to_o the_o justify_n of_o our_o god._n now_o let_v vow_n be_v renew_a not_o only_o to_o avoid_v the_o like_a sin_n but_o to_o be_v more_o wary_a of_o all_o occasion_n and_o appearance_n of_o evil_n redeem_v we_o the_o time_n more_o conscionable_o and_o watch_v we_o more_o narrow_o over_o our_o own_o heart_n &_o outward_a man_n withdraw_v they_o from_o the_o love_n of_o the_o world_n &_o arrest_v they_o in_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n persuade_v ourselves_o that_o we_o be_v not_o thorough_o return_v till_o at_o least_o we_o have_v have_v some_o glimpse_n of_o god_n favour_n renew_v in_o jesus_n christ_n though_o not_o discern_v in_o that_o glorious_a object_n which_o dwell_v in_o the_o light_n that_o none_o can_v attain_v unto_o yet_o apprehend_v by_o the_o beam_n thereof_o reflect_v on_o our_o heart_n by_o our_o peace_n with_o god_n &_o contentment_n in_o his_o will_n who_o though_o he_o happy_o restore_v we_o not_o present_o to_o that_o full_a measure_n of_o feeling_n and_o joy_n we_o heretofore_o enjoy_v yet_o remember_v 7._o we_o that_o we_o live_v by_o faith_n and_o not_o by_o sense_n and_o that_o our_o whole_a life_n be_v no_o other_o than_o renew_a repentance_n and_o therefore_o comfort_v we_o ourselves_o that_o what_o we_o feel_v not_o we_o must_v and_o shall_v believe_v as_o by_o faith_n see_v a_o far_o off_o so_o content_v ourselves_o 9_o with_o what_o be_v present_o restore_v to_o be_v sufficient_a as_o that_o still_o we_o live_v by_o faith_n hunger_a after_o the_o best_a grace_n not_o only_o the_o restitution_n of_o such_o measure_n which_o heretofore_o we_o enjoy_v but_o even_o the_o enjoy_n of_o that_o fullness_n of_o joy_n and_o pleasure_n which_o be_v at_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o god_n for_o evermore_o wise_o discern_v the_o providence_n enjoy_v of_o our_o god_n in_o not_o rest_v so_o much_o on_o feeling_n as_o heretofore_o we_o have_v have_v not_o only_o for_o the_o trial_n of_o our_o faith_n if_o now_o we_o can_v rest_v on_o our_o god_n without_o feeling_n but_o also_o for_o the_o prevent_n and_o subdue_a of_o spiritual_a pride_n to_o which_o see_v extraordinary_a feeling_n of_o god_n favour_n be_v a_o great_a occasion_n through_o the_o malice_n of_o satan_n raise_v hence_o singularity_n &_o so_o security_n and_o remissness_n in_o well_o do_v if_o not_o rob_v god_n of_o his_o glory_n therefore_o it_o please_v our_o good_a god_n though_o he_o restore_v peace_n unto_o we_o yet_o to_o withhold_v from_o we_o wise_o such_o draught_n of_o joy_n that_o so_o we_o may_v forget_v what_o be_v behind_o &_o hasten_v to_o that_o which_o be_v before_o as_o both_o take_n less_o delight_n in_o any_o worldly_a contentment_n which_o before_o be_v sweeten_v unto_o we_o by_o that_o overflow_a of_o spiritual_a joy_n and_o faint_v the_o more_o earnest_o after_o that_o full_a and_o constant_a measure_n thereof_o in_o heaven_n that_o so_o our_o joy_n may_v no_o more_o be_v take_v from_o us._n and_o therefore_o strive_v more_o diligent_o to_o make_v we_o meet_v partaker_n of_o that_o glorious_a inheritance_n that_o so_o in_o due_a time_n as_o a_o rick_n of_o corn_n we_o may_v be_v carry_v into_o the_o barn_n and_o receive_v into_o our_o father_n eternal_a joy_n thus_o may_v we_o recover_v out_o of_o our_o most_o desperate_a fall_n thus_o may_v we_o be_v comfort_v in_o the_o measure_n of_o our_o recovery_n as_o be_v that_o which_o be_v fit_a to_o hasten_v we_o to_o glory_n and_o thus_o shall_v japheth_n be_v bring_v again_o to_o the_o tent_n of_o shem_n the_o gentile_n shall_v be_v restore_v to_o the_o true_a worship_n of_o god_n as_o a_o true_a and_o lively_a figure_n unto_o we_o of_o the_o constancy_n of_o god_n love_n in_o restore_v his_o child_n &_o recover_v they_o out_o of_o their_o great_a fall_n and_o these_o be_v the_o lesson_n we_o may_v learn_v from_o this_o that_o japheth_n shall_v dwell_v in_o the_o tent_n of_o shem._n and_o be_v it_o a_o small_a thing_n that_o the_o gentile_n which_o be_v original_o without_o god_n yea_o who_o have_v forsake_v god_n shall_v once_o be_v restore_v again_o to_o the_o knowledge_n and_o worship_n of_o jehovah_n sure_o marvellous_a thing_n be_v speak_v of_o thou_o thou_o city_n of_o god_n wonderful_a be_v the_o mercy_n that_o hereby_o the_o gentile_n have_v be_v invest_v with_o shall_v we_o wade_v a_o little_a further_o into_o the_o particular_a consideration_n of_o they_o follow_v we_o then_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n in_o the_o unfould_n of_o they_o what_o be_v the_o general_a sum_n of_o the_o blessing_n that_o japheth_n shall_v enjoy_v it_o follow_v that_o japheth_n
