towards_o he_o in_o the_o heart_n for_o if_o they_o kneel_v down_o to_o prayer_n in_o their_o own_o house_n out_o of_o a_o hearty_a reverence_n to_o god_n they_o be_v certain_o much_o more_o oblige_v to_o do_v it_o in_o the_o house_n of_o prayer_n because_o in_o so_o do_v they_o give_v a_o more_o public_a testimony_n of_o that_o honour_n and_o reverence_n which_o be_v due_a to_o the_o almighty_a it_o be_v very_o observable_a that_o in_o the_o prophet_n malachy_n day_n as_o we_o read_v ch._n 1._o 7._o the_o people_n be_v come_v to_o that_o degree_n of_o profaneness_n that_o they_o think_v any_o thing_n be_v good_a enough_o to_o be_v offer_v up_o in_o sacrifice_n to_o the_o lord_n and_o yet_o still_o they_o will_v be_v think_v to_o have_v a_o mighty_a reverence_n for_o he_o and_o his_o worship_n but_o see_v how_o god_n resent_v their_o irreverent_a behaviour_n towards_o he_o a_o son_n say_v he_o honour_v his_o father_n and_o a_o servant_n his_o master_n if_o i_o then_o be_v a_o father_n where_o be_v my_o honour_n and_o if_o i_o be_v a_o master_n where_o be_v my_o fear_n and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o the_o contempt_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o ordinance_n they_o will_v be_v still_o ready_a to_o vindicate_v themselves_o and_o say_v wherein_o have_v we_o despise_v thy_o name_n and_o wherein_o have_v we_o pollute_v thou_o and_o therefore_o the_o lord_n tell_v they_o plain_o that_o they_o have_v dishonour_v he_o in_o think_v that_o it_o be_v no_o great_a matter_n what_o it_o be_v that_o they_o offer_v in_o sacrifice_n any_o thing_n as_o they_o think_v be_v good_a enough_o to_o be_v kill_v so_o that_o the_o lord_n will_v have_v they_o consider_v whether_o a_o earthly_a prince_n will_v be_v please_v with_o a_o subject_a that_o shall_v behave_v himself_o towards_o he_o in_o such_o a_o manner_n if_o you_o offer_v the_o blind_a for_o sacrifice_n be_v it_o not_o evil_a and_o if_o you_o offer_v the_o lame_a and_o the_o sick_a be_v it_o not_o evil_a offer_v it_o now_o unto_o thy_o governor_n will_v he_o be_v please_v with_o thou_o or_o accept_v thy_o person_n here_o you_o see_v that_o however_o some_o people_n may_v pretend_v to_o a_o inward_a reverence_n of_o god_n while_o they_o give_v no_o outward_a testimony_n of_o it_o in_o their_o word_n and_o action_n yet_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o satisfy_v with_o it_o he_o do_v not_o think_v himself_o to_o be_v honour_v by_o those_o way_n which_o our_o superior_n take_v to_o be_v a_o dishonour_n to_o they_o for_o shall_v these_o person_n behave_v themselves_o in_o the_o presence_n of_o a_o earthly_a king_n or_o of_o a_o inferior_a magistrate_n as_o they_o do_v in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o king_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n they_o will_v be_v look_v upon_o to_o be_v very_o rude_a and_o unmannerly_a and_o it_o can_v reasonable_o be_v suppose_v but_o that_o the_o almighty_a god_n will_v in_o like_a manner_n resent_v the_o behaviour_n of_o those_o who_o act_n direct_o contrary_a to_o that_o rule_n prescribe_v in_o his_o holy_a word_n of_o do_v all_o thing_n in_o his_o worship_n decent_o and_o in_o order_n most_o certain_a it_o be_v that_o all_o the_o holy_a man_n
