office_n otherwise_o we_o affront_v the_o lord_n jesus_n in_o who_o name_n we_o act_v and_o become_v useless_a to_o man_n for_o who_o good_a we_o be_v design_v the_o matter_n of_o our_o preach_v aught_o to_o be_v the_o gospel_n 31._o even_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n and_o the_o thing_n which_o concern_v our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n the_o manner_n ought_v to_o be_v such_o as_o most_o conduce_v to_o render_v it_o effectual_a to_o those_o end_n for_o which_o it_o be_v publish_v minister_n be_v to_o do_v their_o utmost_a that_o this_o gospel_n may_v come_v not_o in_o word_n only_o but_o in_o power_n and_o that_o all_o may_v be_v bring_v to_o a_o compliance_n with_o it_o therefore_o we_o ought_v not_o to_o make_v state_n affair_n 8._o human_a conceit_n or_o dictate_v of_o man_n the_o matter_n of_o our_o preach_a the_o rule_n of_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n nor_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n as_o under_o a_o respect_n to_o that_o covenant_n be_v not_o to_o be_v urge_v by_o we_o though_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n as_o a_o rule_n of_o our_o action_n be_v still_o of_o force_n in_o this_o kingdom_n of_o god_n redeemer_n and_o so_o must_v be_v insist_v on_o the_o great_a thing_n we_o ought_v to_o persuade_v be_v the_o thing_n god_n have_v make_v the_o term_n of_o life_n to_o redeem_v man._n the_o method_n of_o reconciliation_n must_v be_v intend_v for_o god_n now_o deal_v with_o man_n not_o only_o as_o his_o rational_a creature_n but_o as_o fall_v sinner_n under_o new_a overture_n for_o life_n sinner_n must_v be_v direct_v by_o we_o to_o christ_n as_o he_o on_o who_o shoulder_n this_o new_a government_n be_v and_o in_o who_o there_o be_v grace_n strength_n and_o pardon_n which_o our_o apostasy_n make_v impossible_a
