faith_n as_o christ_n in_o who_o we_o believe_v by_o who_o we_o be_v justify_v and_o save_v that_o be_v who_o have_v both_o merit_v our_o justification_n and_o do_v actual_o acquit_v and_o absolve_v we_o from_o our_o sin_n and_o in_o like_a manner_n do_v faith_n interest_n we_o in_o christ_n not_o for_o the_o dignity_n and_o worthiness_n thereof_o but_o because_o it_o be_v god_n ordinance_n and_o appointment_n that_o we_o shall_v receive_v christ_n and_o have_v he_o dwell_v in_o our_o heart_n by_o faith_n wheresoever_o therefore_o there_o be_v true_a faith_n to_o be_v find_v though_o never_o so_o weak_a and_o faint_a or_o feeble_a that_o man_n be_v a_o true_a member_n of_o christ_n &_o perfect_o justify_v and_o absolve_v from_o all_o his_o sin_n those_o of_o old_a among_o the_o israelite_n that_o be_v sting_v with_o the_o fiery_a serpent_n be_v perfect_o cure_v if_o they_o do_v look_v up_o to_o the_o brazen_a serpent_n and_o behold_v it_o although_o their_o sight_n be_v never_o so_o dark_a and_o dim_a as_o well_o as_o the_o young_a sort_n who_o sight_n be_v most_o perfect_a so_o a_o weak_a faith_n as_o well_o as_o a_o strong_a do_v lay_v hold_n of_o christ_n and_o of_o justification_n and_o salvation_n by_o he_o for_o as_o the_o israelite_n be_v heal_v by_o behold_v the_o brazen_a serpent_n because_o it_o be_v god_n ordinance_n that_o health_n which_o be_v otherwise_o wrought_v miraculous_o only_o by_o his_o own_o divine_a power_n shall_v hereupon_o follow_v and_o ensue_v so_o the_o same_o be_v to_o be_v say_v of_o faith_n and_o therefore_o from_o hence_o a_o answer_n may_v be_v give_v to_o that_o question_n which_o mr._n s._n ask_v in_o his_o next_o word_n where_o speak_v of_o some_o who_o call_v these_o other_o act_n of_o faith_n that_o be_v when_o it_o be_v grow_v and_o increase_v faith_n of_o assurance_n and_o act_n of_o manifestation_n he_o faith_n if_o faith_n be_v thus_o in_o its_o other_o degree_n of_o work_v objection_n why_o not_o in_o its_o first_o his_o meaning_n be_v as_o i_o take_v it_o if_o faith_n when_o it_o be_v increase_v do_v only_o assure_v a_o man_n of_o his_o salvation_n and_o make_v the_o pardon_n of_o his_o sin_n manifest_a unto_o he_o why_o do_v not_o the_o first_o and_o least_o degree_n of_o faith_n also_o give_v we_o only_o a_o assurance_n and_o manifestation_n of_o our_o salvation_n by_o christ_n but_o otherwise_o not_o any_o interest_n in_o he_o at_o all_o answer_n whereunto_o i_o answer_v first_o that_o a_o strong_a faith_n do_v give_v we_o that_o assurance_n and_o evidence_n or_o manifestation_n of_o our_o salvation_n by_o christ_n which_o a_o weak_a faith_n can_v because_o it_o do_v lay_v firm_a hold_n on_o the_o promise_n of_o the_o gospel_n that_o be_v the_o only_a ground_n of_o assurance_n which_o of_o a_o weak_a faith_n be_v apprehend_v but_o weak_o even_o as_o a_o israelite_n with_o a_o quick_a sight_n can_v by_o that_o natural_a virtue_n that_o be_v in_o his_o eye_n more_o clear_o behold_v the_o brazen_a serpent_n than_o he_o that_o have_v a_o dark_a and_o dim_a eye_n sight_n but_o as_o he_o that_o do_v lift_v up_o his_o eye_n and_o behold_v
