to_o fall_v into_o sin_n that_o by_o experiment_n of_o their_o frailty_n they_o may_v rise_v more_o humble_a and_o more_o watchful_o attend_v to_o their_o salvation_n this_o happen_v to_o our_o penitent_a st._n peter_n and_o divers_a other_o the_o other_o be_v absolute_a and_o a_o final_a cashier_n for_o ever_o and_o this_o happen_v when_o after_o all_o remedy_n apply_v a_o soul_n remain_v stupid_a and_o incurable_a even_o to_o the_o last_o by_o his_o obstinate_a perseverance_n in_o wickedness_n so_o that_o god_n foresee_v this_o obdurateness_n withhold_v his_o special_a grace_n and_o so_o let_v he_o end_v in_o his_o impenitency_n we_o be_v here_o therefore_o to_o join_v with_o our_o petitioner_n and_o beg_v we_o may_v not_o come_v to_o this_o period_n or_o consummation_n of_o love_n or_o hatred_n with_o their_o creator_n of_o this_o bless_a job_n seem_v to_o complain_v say_v chap._n 19_o if_o he_o come_v i_o shall_v not_o see_v he_o and_o when_o he_o retire_v i_o be_o in_o the_o same_o cloud_n notwithstanding_o god_n be_v please_v sometime_o though_o rare_o to_o dispense_v with_o his_o ordinary_a proceed_n as_o to_o give_v such_o mark_n of_o his_o grace_n and_o descend_v upon_o the_o apostle_n in_o form_n of_o fiery_a tongue_n so_o replenish_n their_o mind_n with_o knowledge_n and_o enflame_v their_o heart_n with_o charity_n as_o the_o whole_a world_n be_v in_o a_o short_a time_n lay_v prostrate_a to_o the_o power_n of_o their_o doctrine_n and_o miracle_n in_o this_o clause_n of_o the_o petition_n we_o have_v likewise_o reason_n to_o pass_v the_o same_o opinion_n of_o our_o holy_a penitent_n that_o he_o have_v be_v gratify_v with_o the_o like_a visible_a communication_n of_o this_o divine_a gift_n the_o past_a transaction_n betwixt_o god_n and_o his_o once_o happy_a soul_n be_v fresh_a in_o his_o memory_n and_o how_o he_o have_v design_v to_o reveal_v unto_o he_o many_o secret_n of_o his_o providence_n nay_o have_v give_v he_o so_o many_o proof_n of_o inhabit_v grace_n as_o one_o must_v be_v strange_o stupid_a not_o to_o acknowledge_v it_o now_o here_o he_o seem_v to_o cheer_v himself_o with_o a_o confidence_n that_o after_o his_o petition_n for_o a_o clean_a heart_n and_o right_a understanding_n he_o be_v again_o in_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o his_o bless_a presence_n by_o grace_n and_o charity_n wherefore_o he_o beg_v
