many_o that_o can_v be_v importunate_a enough_o under_o their_o want_n when_o thing_n go_v well_o with_o they_o be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v thankful_a that_o they_o grow_v wanton_a and_o abuse_v the_o thanks_o be_v make_v for_o all_o man_n for_o king_n and_o all_o that_o be_v in_o authority_n methink_v we_o can_v but_o upon_o this_o occasion_n congratulate_v the_o happiness_n of_o those_o our_o neighbour_n nation_n who_o country_n be_v now_o deliver_v from_o be_v any_o long_o the_o seat_n of_o this_o waste_a war._n we_o have_v indeed_o in_o this_o our_o island_n 〈◊〉_d a_o kind_n of_o by_o the_o esteem_n we_o have_v of_o god_n mercy_n 2._o by_o our_o acknowledgement_n of_o the_o same_o 3._o by_o the_o suitable_a return_v we_o make_v to_o they_o 1._o by_o the_o esteem_n we_o have_v of_o they_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n be_v very_o great_a it_o themselves_o they_o be_v style_v by_o the_o apostle_n rom._n 2._o the_o riches_n of_o his_o goodness_n but_o they_o will_v appear_v much_o great_a if_o we_o consider_v how_o ill_o we_o deserve_v from_o god_n and_o how_o little_a it_o be_v we_o have_v reason_n to_o expect_v from_o he_o when_o therefore_o we_o actual_o disesteem_v hi●_n of_o god_n mercy_n this_o require_v that_o we_o shall_v look_v upon_o they_o as_o come_n from_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n the_o atheist_n that_o deny_v the_o be_v of_o god_n or_o the_o epicurean_a that_o deny_v his_o providence_n as_o if_o it_o be_v below_o he_o to_o trouble_v himself_o with_o this_o low_a world_n will_v never_o pay_v this_o debt_n of_o thankfulness_n those_o be_v likewise_o here_o to_o blame_v that_o look_v so_o much_o at_o the_o mean_n and_o instrument_n that_o they_o forget_v god_n the_o author_n of_o public_a blessing_n we_o read_v of_o some_o that_o as_o the_o prophet_n speak_v sacrifice_v to_o their_o own_o net_n and_o burn_v incense_n to_o their_o own_o drag_v we_o be_v too_o apt_a to_o do_v something_o like_o it_o when_o we_o so_o much_o vaunt_v of_o the_o strength_n of_o our_o navy_n and_o the_o valour_n of_o our_o english_a soldier_n those_o that_o on_o this_o occasion_n have_v so_o brave_o defend_v their_o native_a country_n may_v they_o have_v all_o due_a honour_n both_o of_o esteem_n and_o requital_n and_o may_v their_o name_n be_v have_v in_o everlasting_a remembrance_n and_o particular_o there_o be_v a_o very_a great_a acknowledgement_n due_a to_o the_o courage_n and_o conduct_n of_o our_o gracious_a sovereign_n the_o great_a instrument_n of_o this_o happy_a peace_n when_o he_o have_v the_o public_a testimony_n of_o all_o europe_n if_o we_o for_o who_o more_o immediate_o he_o have_v so_o long_o and_o so_o often_o sacrifice_v his_o ease_n and_o expose_v his_o person_n if_o we_o i_o say_v be_v behind_o other_o in_o our_o acknowledgement_n we_o be_v wretched_o ungrateful_a but_o still_o as_o our_o gracious_a sovereign_n in_o his_o royal_a proclamation_n for_o the_o keep_n of_o this_o day_n adore_v the_o divine_a
