be_v to_o say_v his_o eternal-power_n and_o godhead_n be_v see_v forasmuch_o as_o they_o be_v understand_v by_o the_o work_n of_o the_o creation_n of_o the_o world_n so_o that_o they_o be_v leave_v without_o excuse_n because_o when_o they_o know_v god_n they_o glorify_v he_o not_o as_o god_n now_o mark_v here_o you_o see_v it_o be_v plain_a that_o here_o be_v something_o of_o god_n in_o the_o heathen_n by_o which_o they_o know_v god_n which_o god_n have_v manifest_v to_o they_o by_o which_o they_o may_v answer_v the_o royal_a law_n of_o god_n but_o when_o they_o go_v from_o this_o of_o god_n in_o they_o and_o glorify_v he_o not_o as_o god_n than_o they_o set_v up_o their_o own_o worship_n and_o way_n and_o lose_v the_o course_n of_o nature_n and_o do_v thing_n against_o nature_n so_o here_o they_o forsake_v the_o lord_n and_o his_o way_n and_o religion_n and_o then_o persecute_v other_o that_o will_v not_o follow_v they_o and_o their_o way_n and_o worship_n and_o so_o break_v the_o royal_a society_n which_o be_v in_o the_o royal_a law_n go_v from_o that_o of_o god_n in_o they_o which_o shall_v answer_v it_o and_o then_o you_o may_v see_v downward_o in_o the_o same_o chapter_n what_o they_o worship_v and_o what_o they_o follow_v and_o how_o they_o bring_v the_o wrath_n of_o god_n upon_o they_o and_o how_o they_o hold_v the_o truth_n in_o unrighteousness_n which_o be_v fill_v with_o all_o manner_n of_o evil_n which_o man_n though_o they_o know_v that_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n be_v upon_o such_o as_o commit_v such_o thing_n yet_o they_o do_v not_o regard_n god_n but_o be_v without_o natural_a affection_n so_o here_o when_o they_o err_v from_o that_o of_o god_n in_o they_o they_o lose_v natural_a affection_n affection_n of_o nature_n to_o they_o that_o be_v of_o the_o same_o blood_n and_o mould_n and_o also_o go_v from_o that_o of_o god_n in_o they_o they_o go_v from_o the_o royal_a law_n of_o god_n which_o shall_v have_v keep_v they_o in_o natural_a affection_n and_o in_o a_o royal_a society_n by_o the_o royal_a law_n and_o so_o thereby_o indignation_n and_o wrath_n and_o anguish_n come_v upon_o every_o soul_n of_o they_o that_o do_v evil_a of_o the_o jew_n first_o and_o also_o of_o the_o gentile_n signify_v thereby_o that_o there_o be_v something_o in_o the_o gentile_n as_o well_o as_o in_o the_o jew_n to_o which_o if_o they_o act_v contrary_a they_o go_v from_o the_o royal_a law_n and_o so_o bring_v the_o judgement_n of_o god_n upon_o they_o who_o reward_v every_o one_o according_a to_o his_o work_n for_o the_o jew_n that_o have_v the_o law_n the_o outward_a write_a law_n and_o the_o gentile_n that_o have_v not_o the_o outward_a write_a law_n do_v by_o nature_n the_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o write_a law_n which_o show_v the_o deed_n of_o the_o law_n write_v in_o their_o heart_n so_o according_a to_o this_o the_o lord_n shall_v judge_v the_o secret_n of_o man_n by_o christ_n jesus_n according_a to_o the_o gospel_n now_o the_o gentile_n have_v the_o law_n write_v in_o their_o heart_n and_o do_v the_o deed_n of_o the_o law_n the_o jew_n have_v the_o outward_a write_a law_n and_o not_o do_v the_o write_a gospel_n and_o be_v transgressor_n of_o it_o as_o the_o jew_n that_o have_v a_o write_a law_n and_o be_v not_o the_o keeper_n and_o the_o doer_n of_o it_o whereby_o the_o gentile_n judge_v they_o that_o do_v not_o the_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o law_n have_v the_o law_n write_v in_o their_o heart_n and_o be_v the_o doer_n of_o it_o so_o likewise_o now_o in_o our_o agâ—â—_n as_o be_v say_v before_o all_o christian_n that_o have_v a_o write_a gospel_n and_o do_v not_o the_o thing_n contain_v in_o it_o these_o who_o they_o call_v heathen_n or_o indian_n or_o turk_n that_o do_v the_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o gospel_n viz._n the_o obey_n of_o the_o power_n and_o spirit_n which_o lead_v they_o to_o do_v unto_o all_o man_n as_o they_o will_v have_v they_o do_v unto_o they_o these_o be_v judge_n of_o the_o christian_n so_o call_v who_o say_v they_o have_v the_o gospel_n and_o yet_o do_v it_o not_o and_o do_v to_o other_o those_o thing_n that_o they_o will_v not_o have_v other_o do_v unto_o they_o these_o i_o say_v be_v breaker_n of_o the_o royal_a law_n christian_n in_o the_o first_o place_n be_v judge_v before_o the_o heathen_a and_o as_o the_o jew_n first_o and_o then_o the_o gentile_n so_o the_o christian_n first_o and_o then_o the_o heathen_a and_o so_o god_n be_v a_o respecter_n of_o no_o man_n person_n who_o judge_n the_o world_n in_o righteousness_n but_o be_v a_o rewarder_n according_a to_o every_o one_o work_n who_o walk_v not_o according_a to_o his_o royal_a law_n of_o liberty_n and_o so_o its_o clear_a that_o there_o be_v something_o of_o god_n in_o all_o jew_n and_o gentile_n christian_n and_o heathen_n to_o bring_v they_o to_o answer_v that_o royal_a law_n and_o to_o follow_v it_o and_o not_o their_o own_o imagination_n through_o which_o they_o may_v come_v to_o natural_a affection_n and_o do_v unto_o all_o man_n as_o thou_o will_v have_v they_o do_v unto_o thou_o so_o god_n i_o say_v be_v no_o respecter_n of_o person_n who_o judge_n the_o world_n in_o righteousness_n for_o the_o apostle_n say_v if_o the_o uncircumcision_n which_o by_o nature_n keep_v the_o law_n judge_v the_o jew_n which_o be_v under_o the_o letter_n of_o circumcision_n and_o do_v transgress_v the_o law_n so_o i_o say_v they_o that_o be_v under_o the_o profession_n of_o the_o letter_n of_o christianity_n and_o do_v transgress_v the_o letter_n of_o christianity_n he_o that_o have_v not_o the_o letter_n as_o christian_n have_v and_o yet_o by_o nature_n do_v keep_v in_o the_o law_n of_o christianity_n judge_v the_o christian_n and_o that_o that_o be_v set_v up_o in_o they_o and_o therefore_o as_o the_o apostle_n say_v he_o be_v not_o a_o jew_n that_o be_v one_o outward_a neither_o be_v he_o a_o christian_n that_o be_v one_o outward_a in_o profession_n without_o possession_n but_o he_o be_v a_o jew_n that_o be_v one_o inward_a in_o the_o spirit_n and_o not_o in_o the_o letter_n and_o so_o he_o be_v a_o christian_n that_o be_v one_o inward_a and_o not_o in_o the_o letter_n a_o letter_n professor_n but_o one_o who_o be_v in_o the_o heart_n and_o in_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n jesus_n though_o the_o outward_a letter_n professor_n of_o jew_n and_o christian_n have_v something_o of_o god_n in_o he_o which_o shall_v lead_v he_o to_o obey_v that_o which_o he_o do_v profess_v and_o to_o possess_v that_o which_o he_o do_v profess_v for_o that_o have_v the_o praise_n of_o god_n and_o not_o of_o man_n and_o in_o rom._n 3.9_o say_v the_o apostle_n paul_n what_o better_a be_v the_o jew_n then_o
they_o from_o a_o civil_a commerce_n and_o make_v they_o uncapable_a of_o a_o civil_a society_n and_o a_o correspondency_n among_o mankind_n and_o that_o spirit_n that_o have_v lead_v they_o to_o make_v religion_n worship_n and_o way_n and_o to_o fall_v out_o when_o they_o have_v do_v that_o spirit_n have_v destroy_v the_o civil_a society_n the_o civil_a commerce_n among_o mankind_n almost_o over_o all_o the_o whole_a world_n that_o when_o they_o come_v into_o civil_a thing_n a_o civil_a commerce_n that_o tend_v to_o a_o civil_a society_n in_o natural_a thing_n they_o fall_v out_o about_o the_o several_a natural_a worship_n religion_n and_o way_n which_o they_o have_v make_v by_o which_o a_o peevish_a and_o perverse_a spirit_n arise_v in_o a_o blind_a zeal_n for_o the_o work_v of_o their_o own_o hand_n so_o as_o that_o they_o forget_v their_o natural_a affection_n and_o fall_v upon_o destroy_v one_o another_o about_o religion_n and_o so_o break_v all_o civil_a society_n and_o commerce_n among_o man_n which_o if_o there_o be_v but_o natural_a affection_n it_o will_v carry_v they_o above_o that_o peevish_a and_o perverse_a spirit_n that_o draw_v they_o after_o their_o own_o handiwork_n whereas_o i_o say_v if_o natural_a affection_n be_v but_o set_v over_o that_o it_o will_v keep_v and_o preserve_v the_o bond_n of_o a_o civil_a commerce_n and_o civil_a society_n with_o mankind_n over_o the_o whole_a universe_n o_o how_o short_a be_v all_o mankind_n both_o christian_n jew_n turk_n and_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o that_o royal_a law_n which_o be_v to_o do_v to_o all_o man_n as_o they_o will_v have_v they_o do_v unto_o they_o if_o this_o royal_a law_n be_v due_o keep_v the_o true_a weight_n will_v be_v set_v up_o among_o all_o mankind_n in_o the_o whole_a world_n and_o the_o true_a measure_n to_o measure_v every_o man_n and_o to_o weigh_v every_o man_n and_o to_o weigh_v himself_o and_o to_o measure_v himself_o and_o to_o measure_v other_o and_o to_o do_v nothing_o to_o any_o man_n or_o woman_n but_o as_o they_o will_v have_v they_o do_v to_o they_o this_o will_v keep_v up_o a_o society_n in_o the_o whole_a world_n that_o so_o man_n may_v trade_n commerce_n and_o hold_v correspondence_n one_o with_o another_o among_o all_o the_o nation_n of_o man_n and_o this_o be_v the_o royal_a law_n in_o which_o all_o mankind_n have_v their_o liberty_n for_o all_o to_o do_v to_o other_o as_o they_o will_v have_v other_o do_v unto_o they_o and_o here_o be_v religion_n which_o be_v above_o all_o religion_n that_o they_o have_v make_v with_o their_o hand_n and_o this_o will_v keep_v down_o that_o perverse_a spirit_n in_o all_o mankind_n in_o the_o whole_a world_n if_o they_o keep_v and_o obey_v the_o royal_a law_n which_o be_v to_o do_v to_o all_o man_n as_o they_o will_v have_v they_o do_v to_o they_o then_o all_o mankind_n will_v have_v their_o liberty_n in_o this_o and_o in_o this_o no_o man_n will_v overreach_v cousin_n defraud_v nor_o oppress_v in_o any_o bargain_n and_o merchandise_n whatsoever_o for_o if_o he_o will_v not_o that_o they_o shall_v do_v so_o to_o he_o then_o sure_o he_o will_v not_o do_v so_o to_o they_o so_o here_o then_o be_v justice_n set_v up_o and_o the_o line_n of_o righteousness_n and_o the_o plummet_n and_o every_o nation_n country_n and_o island_n may_v serve_v one_o another_o in_o this_o royal_a and_o just_a law_n do_v unto_o they_o as_o they_o will_v have_v other_o do_v to_o they_o in_o all_o thing_n that_o be_v civil_a that_o one_o neighbour-country_n have_v not_o or_o another_o country_n be_v destitute_a of_o to_o serve_v one_o another_o with_o those_o thing_n that_o be_v civil_a and_o natural_a and_o outward_a for_o the_o earth_n be_v the_o lord_n and_o the_o fullness_n thereof_o who_o give_v the_o increase_n and_o all_o nation_n of_o man_n be_v to_o use_v and_o order_n and_o dispose_v of_o these_o earthly_a thing_n and_o the_o fullness_n of_o the_o earth_n where_o the_o lord_n have_v give_v the_o increase_n with_o his_o royal_a law_n one_o nation_n to_o another_o one_o country_n to_o another_o which_o royal_a law_n be_v to_o do_v to_o another_o as_o they_o will_v have_v they_o do_v to_o they_o and_o so_o one_o country_n to_o another_o one_o nation_n to_o another_o nation_n to_o be_v exercise_v by_o this_o royal_a law_n of_o god_n which_o be_v above_o all_o other_o law_n of_o man_n make_v which_o be_v i_o say_v to_o do_v to_o other_o as_o they_o will_v have_v other_o do_v unto_o they_o and_o in_o this_o equity_n truth_n justice_n and_o honesty_n be_v set_v up_o by_o this_o royal_a law_n of_o god_n among_o all_o the_o country_n tongue_n and_o people_n and_o nation_n of_o man_n in_o the_o whole_a world_n and_o preserve_v civil_a society_n and_o right_a manner_n for_o if_o no_o man_n will_v have_v any_o corrupt_a communication_n speak_v unto_o he_o than_o he_o must_v give_v none_o to_o any_o other_o or_o if_o a_o man_n will_v not_o have_v another_o to_o oppress_v or_o exact_v on_o he_o he_o not_o do_v so_o to_o any_o other_o thereby_o the_o royal_a law_n in_o so_o do_v be_v keep_v or_o if_o he_o will_v not_o have_v any_o man_n to_o abuse_v kill_v or_o wound_v he_o he_o not_o do_v so_o to_o another_o here_o the_o royal_a law_n be_v keep_v and_o thus_o one_o neighbour-town_n serve_v another_o with_o such_o thing_n that_o that_o town_n have_v not_o and_o the_o other_o serve_v they_o likewise_o with_o such_o thing_n that_o they_o want_v and_o one_o country_n serve_v another_o with_o the_o thing_n that_o another_o have_v not_o and_o that_o serve_v the_o other_o again_o with_o the_o thing_n that_o they_o have_v not_o so_o one_o nation_n serve_v another_o with_o the_o thing_n that_o they_o have_v not_o and_o they_o serve_v they_o again_o with_o the_o thing_n that_o they_o have_v not_o and_o so_o all_o nation_n to_o serve_v one_o another_o with_o the_o thing_n that_o the_o lord_n have_v give_v they_o for_o the_o earth_n in_o the_o first_o place_n be_v the_o lord_n and_o the_o fullness_n thereof_o and_o he_o give_v the_o increase_n and_o have_v distribute_v these_o thing_n unto_o the_o nation_n of_o man_n who_o he_o the_o lord_n and_o be_v preserve_v in_o all_o town_n country_n and_o nation_n i_o say_v as_o man_n by_o this_o royal_a law_n and_o will_v have_v their_o liberty_n in_o and_o by_o this_o royal_a law_n object_n but_o if_o you_o object_n and_o say_v that_o all_o man_n in_o all_o town_n country_n and_o nation_n have_v nothing_o of_o god_n in_o they_o to_o answer_v this_o royal_a law_n of_o god_n and_o to_o keep_v it_o and_o consequent_o to_o preserve_v this_o society_n among_o all_o country_n town_n and_o nation_n answ_n they_o have_v something_o of_o god_n in_o they_o to_o answer_v that_o royal_a law_n of_o god_n for_o god_n who_o give_v forth_o that_o royal_a law_n he_o be_v the_o god_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o all_o flesh_n by_o which_o spirit_n they_o may_v answer_v his_o law_n and_o god_n will_v judge_v the_o world_n in_o righteousness_n according_a to_o the_o secret_n of_o every_o one_o heart_n by_o the_o heavenly_a man_n christ_n jesus_n rom._n 2.16_o 1_o cor._n 14.24_o 25._o and_o all_o man_n for_o they_o be_v the_o workmanship_n of_o god_n god_n creature_n and_o their_o fellow-creature_n make_v of_o the_o same_o flesh_n and_o mould_n to_o dwell_v upon_o the_o face_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o they_o that_o be_v out_o of_o this_o whatever_o worship_n profession_n or_o religion_n they_o be_v of_o its_o worth_a nothing_o and_o say_v the_o apostle_n further_o in_o 2_o which_o they_o have_v measure_v their_o religion_n and_o worship_n and_o their_o righteousness_n and_o have_v measure_v other_o now_o if_o people_n will_v not_o come_v according_a to_o their_o measure_n and_o their_o rule_n they_o have_v be_v ready_a to_o destroy_v god_n creature_n who_o be_v make_v after_o the_o similitude_n of_o god_n and_o to_o curse_v they_o and_o to_o damn_v they_o this_o be_v the_o practice_n of_o such_o that_o measure_n with_o their_o own_o measure_n and_o that_o walk_v according_a to_o their_o own_o rule_n who_o have_v not_o natural_a affection_n that_o do_v among_o all_o christian_n who_o profess_v the_o name_n of_o christ_n which_o love_n if_o a_o man_n have_v not_o he_o be_v nothing_o nay_o his_o religion_n and_o worship_n be_v nothing_o yea_o if_o
