shadow_n nothing_o displease_v the_o elect_a more_o than_o sin_n &_o that_o which_o lead_v to_o sin_n nothing_o please_v the_o elect_a but_o god_n and_o that_o which_o lead_v to_o god_n as_o concern_v the_o soul_n no_o man_n can_v deny_v if_o he_o hate_v sin_n and_o love_v virtue_n but_o that_o he_o have_v rather_o loose_v all_o that_o be_v in_o the_o world_n then_o loose_a virtue_n and_o suffer_v all_o manner_n of_o torment_n then_o to_o commit_v sin_n he_o have_v rather_o descend_v into_o hell_n with_o virtue_n then_o mount_v up_o into_o heaven_n with_o sin_n for_o where_o virtue_n be_v by_o do_v other_o good_a deed_n and_o yet_o give_v god_n his_o due_a and_o single_a love_n now_o these_o thing_n be_v not_o charity_n itself_o but_o the_o work_n of_o charity_n we_o say_v then_o that_o god_n ought_v to_o be_v love_v in_o do_v good_a deed_n and_o in_o keep_v his_o commandment_n but_o this_o love_n ought_v to_o be_v entire_a without_o respect_n of_o profit_n or_o reward_n to_o love_n god_n orderlye_v above_o all_o thing_n be_v to_o refer_v thyself_o and_o all_o thy_o good_n to_o god_n so_o that_o all_o which_o thou_o love_v wish_v do_v and_o leave_v undo_v thou_o ought_v our_o way_n all_o our_o purpose_n and_o all_o our_o intent_n to_o love_n god_n therefore_o above_o all_o thing_n orderly_o be_v to_o refer_v to_o god_n and_o his_o glory_n ourselves_o and_o all_o that_o be_v within_o &_o without_o we_o which_o we_o can_v well_o do_v if_o our_o thought_n if_o our_o word_n if_o our_o work_n and_o our_o way_n be_v not_o good_a and_o acceptable_a unto_o god_n to_o love_n god_n precious_o be_v to_o love_v he_o so_o dear_o and_o so_o much_o to_o esteem_v of_o he_o y_z t_z for_o no_o cause_n thou_o will_v loose_v he_o nor_o his_o love_n but_o wish_v rather_o to_o loose_v thy_o good_n thy_o land_n thy_o limb_n thy_o life_n and_o the_o love_n of_o all_o the_o world_n this_o indeed_o be_v to_o love_v god_n love_o when_o without_o respect_n of_o profit_n we_o refer_v to_o god_n and_o his_o glory_n all_o that_o we_o have_v our_o heart_n our_o hand_n our_o lip_n to_o praise_v and_o magnify_v he_o and_o to_o set_v forth_o the_o greatness_n of_o his_o divine_a majesty_n &_o omnipotency_n to_o love_n god_n then_o for_o the_o love_n of_o himself_o be_v to_o love_n god_n because_o he_o be_v good_a and_o he_o that_o love_v god_n in_o this_o sort_n shall_v be_v sure_a never_o to_o miscarry_v or_o perish_v do_v love_n thy_o neighbour_n it_o be_v require_v that_o thou_o do_v it_o in_o god_n or_o for_o the_o love_n of_o god_n now_o thou_o must_v understand_v show_v the_o effect_n and_o due_a praise_n of_o love_n or_o charity_n the_o effect_n and_o praise_n of_o love_n or_o charity_n the_o sixth_o chapter_n no_o tongue_n in_o the_o world_n can_v tell_v for_o truth_n all_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o effect_n and_o praise_n of_o charity_n for_o first_o of_o all_o she_o make_v man_n the_o child_n of_o god_n and_o heir_n of_o heaven_n accord_v to_o that_o say_n of_o saint_n john_n behold_v what_o love_n or_o charity_n the_o father_n have_v show_v unto_o we_o 3._o to_o make_v we_o the_o child_n of_o god._n saint_n paul_n also_o say_v that_o all_o those_o which_o be_v lead_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v the_o child_n of_o god._n 8._o for_o you_o have_v not_o receive_v the_o spirit_n of_o bondage_n to_o fear_v any_o more_o but_o you_o have_v receive_v the_o spirit_n of_o adoption_n by_o which_o we_o cry_v abba_n father_n and_o that_o same_o spirit_n which_o be_v the_o spirit_n of_o love_n or_o charity_n bear_v witness_n with_o our_o spirit_n that_o we_o be_v the_o child_n and_o heir_n of_o god_n and_o coaheire_n with_o christ._n can_v we_o desire_v a_o thing_n more_o excellent_a then_o to_o be_v the_o child_n of_o god_n and_o heir_n of_o heaven_n what_o dignity_n be_v that_o to_o boast_v off_o such_o as_o have_v a_o féelinge_n of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n in_o their_o heart_n have_v boldness_a and_o courage_n enough_o though_o the_o world_n contemn_v they_o for_o this_o be_v certain_a that_o they_o who_o the_o world_n hate_v be_v not_o the_o child_n of_o the_o world_n but_o the_o child_n of_o god_n as_o contrariwise_o such_o as_o the_o world_n love_v they_o indeed_o be_v the_o child_n of_o the_o world_n and_o consequent_o the_o child_n of_o the_o devil_n secondlye_o charity_n work_v the_o cause_n in_o we_o that_o god_n dwell_v in_o us._n
