power_n and_o opportunity_n and_o other_o advantage_n that_o god_n have_v put_v into_o their_o hand_n be_v in_o a_o capacity_n to_o do_v it_o which_o be_v the_o very_a duty_n itself_o viz._n to_o look_v upon_o they_o in_o the_o day_n of_o their_o adversity_n and_o to_o deliver_v they_o out_o of_o the_o hand_n of_o their_o oppressor_n three_o a_o possibility_n of_o the_o neglect_n or_o non-performance_n of_o this_o so_o just_a and_o charitable_a a_o duty_n by_o those_o that_o may_v and_o therefore_o aught_o to_o do_v it_o express_v here_o by_o the_o name_n of_o forbearance_n if_o these_o particular_n amount_v in_o the_o whole_a to_o this_o every_o man_n according_a to_o his_o place_n and_o power_n but_o especial_o those_o that_o be_v in_o place_n of_o magistracy_n and_o judicature_n be_v arm_v with_o public_a authority_n for_o it_o be_v both_o in_o charity_n and_o justice_n oblige_v to_o use_v the_o utmost_a of_o their_o power_n and_o to_o lay_v hold_n on_o all_o fit_a opportunity_n by_o all_o lawful_a mean_n to_o help_v those_o to_o right_n that_o suffer_v wrong_a to_o stand_v by_o their_o poor_a brethren_n and_o neighbour_n in_o the_o day_n of_o their_o calamity_n and_o distress_n and_o to_o set_v in_o for_o they_o thorough_o and_o stout_o in_o their_o righteous_a cause_n to_o protect_v they_o from_o injury_n and_o to_o deliver_v they_o out_o of_o the_o hand_n of_o such_o as_o be_v too_o mighty_a or_o too_o crafty_a for_o they_o and_o as_o seek_v either_o by_o violence_n or_o cunning_a to_o deprive_v they_o either_o of_o their_o life_n or_o livelyhood_n brief_o thus_o and_o according_a to_o the_o language_n of_o the_o text_n it_o be_v our_o duty_n every_o one_o of_o we_o to_o use_v our_o best_a strength_n to_o deliver_v the_o oppress_a but_o our_o sin_n if_o we_o faint_v and_o forbear_v so_o to_o do_v and_o the_o make_v good_a and_o the_o press_n of_o this_o duty_n be_v like_a to_o be_v all_o our_o business_n at_o this_o time_n 5._o a_o point_n of_o such_o clear_a and_o certain_a truth_n that_o the_o very_a heathen_a philosopher_n and_o lawgiver_n have_v own_v it_o as_o a_o beam_n of_o the_o light_n of_o nature_n insomuch_o as_o
